Great experience!!

by Tina Haynie on 01/15/2021

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Jeff Carlisle was great!! He took me on a test drive of the car and I fell in love. Financing took less than an hour. The deal they put together beat all other dealers. I received a great offer for my car. I’ll be back for a 3rd car in the future. I highly recommend Gravity Autos!!

Fantastic place to purchase a car!

by KPage98 on 08/19/2018

What a fantastic place to purchase a car! I showed up to Gravity Auto in Sandy Springs twenty minutes before closing time. Chris Montanes, the sales associate, had no problem with that – he treated it as if I had shown up first thing in the morning. There was no pressure, and I drove off in the very car I wanted. The next day, I could not open my drivers side window. I called and spoke with Sunny, the service manager, who was able to help me right away. They fixed the problem in no time. The friendly, professional service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Gravity Auto to my friends for their next car.

The best dealership on earth!!

by Marteria on 03/14/2018

I went into this dealership and immediately was greeted with a smile form customer service rep Jeff. He helped me pick out a car that fit the specifications I provided him.Other dealers weren’t nearly as friendly, making me glad I chose Gravity Autos. I even received a lifetime warranty on my vehicle to safeguard against potential damages that occurred to my vehicle.

Amazing!!!

by jamesbe on 03/08/2018

Gravity Autos in Sandy Springs helped me find the big block old school car I always wanted. I wasn't able to pay in cash, so they offered me an unbelievably great financing deal. Even though I had low credit, they said it didn't matter and they trusted me to pay them. I am so very happy for choosing Vincent to help me select a vehicle and Mike for walking through me the finance process. Thanks a million!

Bought a new car.... ended up paying over $10,000 in repairs.

by Daydreams on 01/24/2018

Gravity Auto sales is full of [non-permissible content removed] I bought a 2013 BMW X6. 2 days after I bought the car, the check engine light came on. I had to wait 30 days for my warranty to kick in before I could get some of the repairs covered, and told not to drive my car because it was unsafe from BMW. I ended up paying $10,000 in repairs and the warranty only covered another $2,300. I told Gravity and they claimed they would fix the issue. I needed a cash car and went back (thinking I would get a good deal since they fuc*ed me on the last one). No. The finance manager acted as though he couldn’t come down $1,500 on another car after I just paid $10,000 in repairs, on a car that I just bought from them October 2017. Word of advise..... don’t buy a car from Gravity. Chances are you’ll be able to find the same car cheaper, newer, and with less miles, and better condition somewhere else.

They lied and cost me thousands

by LiedToBlatently on 05/01/2017

Bought a 14 CTS-V with low mi, and asked the salesman to walk the car and discuss every scratch and nick in detail while it was in their showroom since i was travelling 10 hours to purchase the car and I'm very particular. He made mention of a few minor scratches on the bumper and 1 wheel which I knew I could fix. Upon arrival - car was not washed. Drove the car- seemed OK, and interior was clean. Bought the car - as they detailed it. Upon leaving noticed the dirty windshield was actually full of scratches from a metal blade which i thought was just dirt originally, as was the sunroof. Brought the car back. They knew the car was heavily scratched when they bought it on the $500 window and the $1100 sunroof (replacement cost), and not only did they not mention it, to me knowing I was looking for a near perfect car, but when I brought it to their attention they told me they didnt make enough profit on the car to help get it fixed. Car was $42,000 they paid $39,000 - full $3000 profit. I politely asked to at least split the cost of the windshield that I had to look through, they said not even $250. They lied. They screwed me. And left me with no choice since I had already signed the documents and had driven away. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE [non-permissible content removed].

Buyer Beware - Gravity Automotive Sandy Springs

by rejordan1 on 12/31/2016

Buyer beware - Gravity Auto does not stand behind their commitments & if you think that gravity is safe to deal with because of being a multi-store corporate dealer, that is not true. I purchased a 2009 Audi A6 from Gravity Auto on September 26, 2016. Immediately after purchase, the engine light came on & numerous items were identified that needed repair. This included; oil gaskets, emissions control sensors, Front & Rear Brakes, Front and Rear Struts & Bushings and other miscellaneous maintenance repairs - total cost $3,500. Then, I found out that this Audi was burning oil at the rate of 1 quart every 100-125 miles driven. None of these items were noticeable visibly or during test drives. The car is not drivable and needs a Crank Case Replacement ($2,900) that will most likely not fix the oil consumption problems. If I did this repair, and it does not work, then the engine needs to be rebuilt or replaced (approximately $10,000). These repairs exceed the value of the car. It took me approximately 10-12 days of having the car in for repairs to determine the extent of the problems. I immediately notified the manager (Stanley ) and have been working with him since that time. I have talked with my salesmen (George & Igor) & Stanley since the car was purchased to reach some sort of resolution. Each have made numerous commitments to "help me" and that has not happened. I have been patient, worked with Stanley for 90 days & promises to resolve have not been kept. Stanley asked me to deal with him and not the salesmen. I was encouraged by his taking personal responsibility but then the excuses & delays started. Stanley explained that their management team was changing and that he needed time for his new GM (Sam) to be in place so that he could "get his attention" on this problem. So, after 90 days, I finally met with the new GM (Sam) on 12/30/16. Sam promised that he understood, wanted me to be a "happy customer" & that he wanted to "do the right thing". His suggestion was that I should pick another car out of his inventory & he would trade me out of the Audi A6. I have done as he suggested and his resolution is not acceptable. The short version is that the Audi A6 has depreciated over $7,000 since it was purchased & that I will lose over $10,000 on trading the car. His final suggestion was for me to drive the A6 for about 1 year and continue to put oil in it ever 100 miles, then try to trade again. Remember, I reported this problem within 12 days of purchase, so the depreciation matter should have been resolved 90 days ago! The car is not safe to drive and the engine may not last doing as Sam has suggested. The commitments made by my salesmen, desk manager & the GM have not been kept. Whether I fix the car, or trade it now, I will lose about $15,000. Also, I can't ethically sell the car to a private individual without reporting this problem, so I'm stuck with a car that can't reasonably be driven or repaired. I have asked for the person Sam reports to since Gravity Auto has multiple locations and there must be a corporate hierarchy to resolve such matters. These requests have been denied by stating "Sam is the final person". I have extensive notes & documentation that I will not provide here, but suffice it to say, that I am not pleased with Gravity Auto and am left with no further options other than to try and protect others from the same misfortune from any Gravity Auto Dealerships.
