I selected Jim Ellis based on a google search of the highest rated Audi dealerships in the greater Atlanta area. I was immediately greeted when I entered the showroom. I was matched with my sales specialist, Chris, quickly. The technology, negotiation process, financing and overall experience was A+. Best experience I've had yet purchasing a vehicle. Chris, our specialist, was great to work with!

My experience with going to this Audi Dealership was very different from what I was used to. Employees were friendly & the finance employee I worked with was amazing (Lee Andreica). He relentlessly made sure everything was going to be affordable. Overall I would recommend to friends & definitely return for further purchases.

Great Car Buying Experience

Could not be happier with my experience here. Purchasing a car tops the chart of one of my least favorite things to do, but we found a car we liked, and the entire process from start to finish was super quick and easy. Lee Andreica in the finance department made the money part painless--I can't rave about him enough. Even the receptionists welcomed us with huge smiles and were so sweet to my little one. Thank you to Lee and staff at Audi Atlanta!

After being recommended to Audi Atlanta by a family member, who also enjoyed their experience, I was extremely satisfied with my first Audi experience. Chris Lastinger, served as my salesman and insured I was comfortable with the price point and possible models. When deciding packages and color options, Chris never tried to upsell or force me to take a vehicle home but rather walk me through all possible scenarios and outcomes. I can truly say Chris made this process extremely stress free and enjoyable!

Audi Atlanta is awesome. The team was a pleasure to work with. My sales person Keyeriah was amazing and so was Lee in financing. This is my second purchase from the Jim Ellis family of dealerships (My first from Audi Atlanta), and I must say Jim Ellis is "a cut above the rest". We are happy with our purchase and will return in the future.

As a first time Audi purchaser, Adam show great patience and provided a thorough overview of my 2019 Audi A6. I was alsso sold on the customer service experience buy the suppport staff. Lee in the Finance department made the financing process a great experience too. I will be recommending Jim Ellis Audi to all of my family and friends.

The whole process was great. If there were a hold up it was my fault. These guys did the impossible and looked good doing it. I'm very thankful I followed up with recommendations to talk to Oscar. He put me in touch with Peter who put it together and with the help of Early were able to get me in the car I wanted and am happy with. Thanks Audi Atlanta!

As someone who generally dreads the car buying experience, I can only say that Adam Rubin and and Lee Andreica made our recent purchase of a certified pre-owned 2016 Audi S3 from Audi Atlanta a truly enjoyable process. From our initial contact with Adam to schedule an appointment for a test drive, to Lee helping us with the financing, the process was easy and we never felt pressured at all. Both Adam and Lee were very knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions that we had, whether about the car or the financial details. I was referred to Audi Atlanta through a friend. I was interested in Q7 with certain color and specifications. Audi Atlanta did not have the vehicle but located one for me very quickly and got it delivered in 2 days. The whole staff at the dealership including my salesman (Allen) were awesome. They were respectful of my time and the whole buying process took less than an hour!

My wife and I recently purchased a new car at Audi Atlanta and I will admit that we are not the easiest of customers. However, working with our salesperson, Chris Lastinger, we managed to have a good time and a few laughs, work out a good deal on exactly the right car, and were accommodated without question throughout the entire process with only a hint of negotiating required. Closing the deal went swiftly and easily as well, and Lee Andreica was extremely patient in answering all our questions, and both he and Chris were more than willing to stay well after closing on a Tuesday night in order to get everything done. We couldnât have asked for better service or car buying experience. This is the second Audi we own, so not only will I continue to recommend their vehicles, but will definitely steer any serious, potential buyers to Audi Atlanta and these two gentlemen.

Jim Ellis is fantastic! When I moved to Atlanta 15 years ago, they "adopted" me and my car at that time (Mazda). Since then, I have bought a Saab and now my second Audi from them. Allan was a great salesman and did not pressure my decision in any way. He was transparent with pricing and options. Lee finalized the financial side of things and was quite thorough. Both men were extremely accommodating to my crazy schedule and stayed late to get things done. I appreciate them both!!

This is our 3rd Audi in 3 years. The experience continues to get better and better every time. Michael Gerbick was my original Sales person now he is in finance and made the process Great! Jorge Galez was my sales person and he made the process smooth and easy. even up to the point of grounding my A3 Convertible. If you could take the whole sales process and customers service and bottled it up it would sale. As a former Sales associate in the auto arena. It was all 5 Star Service from start to finish. Looking forward to my 4th Audi!

We started our search through the internet...and then introduced to Davian Quinn. We didnt know a whole lot about Audi and were just there to compare our options. Davian took his time, he was patient and he answered all our questions about the car and the difference between purchasing new vs CPO. Lee Andreica in finance was very knowledgeable and made the finance process painless. I love that there was no pressure to purchase. Davian eventually found the car we wanted and we are extremely happy with the purchase. Go see Davian and Lee, you will not be disappointed.

Really Terrific - After a Hiccup

I have been a customer of Audi Atlanta and sent my daughter there when she decided to buy an A3 that she test drove at another dealer and didn't move fast enough to get. The test drive of a CPO went bad and my daughter freaked out. I emailed the Dealer and expressed displeasure. The GM responded, explained what went wrong with the car, fixed it, calmed my daughter's nerves and made her a great deal. My daughter now owns the car and we are very happy. Things can go wrong. What's important is what you do then. They handled it beautifully. The Jim Ellis Family does a great job. I really respect how they run their company and will continue to do business with them.

We had an amazing experience buying our first audi. Michael was attentive to every detail during the exploration of choosing a car, test-driving, helping us get the best possible trade-in for our VW vehicle, and customizing the loan to fit our needs. Lee went through the entire process of possible add-on's audi offers, customizing the full-service car owning experience, then signing all the paperwork. They both added just a touch of humor so the experience was never dull. Michael finished by showing us every electronic component and setting us up with music stations, blue tooth, etc. This was a first class car buying experience! We left feeling happy and excited! I love my new audi!
