Anthony was the best sales man ever. He talked to me. He was so polite and professional. I've never had a sales person listen to me like he did. If I had a question he was always there to answer it. I will be going back to Athens Ford. For my routine oil changes and just to say hey! I just can't say enough good things about him.

2015 Fusion Recall

I'm satisfied with exellent service related to 2015 Fusion Recall Notice. I bought used 2015 Fusion two weeks ago, and then I received recall notice from former owner. When my family arrived at Athens Ford, a friendly staff directed us to the service department. Then, Lisa kindly explained the recall service proces. A week later, I dropped off my vehicle at the repair shop, and following day after receiving a call that the repair was complete, I pick up my car. Actually, it was first time to visit service center in the United States, because one month has passed since I moved to here. Although, I'm not good at English, they kindly explained to us. Thank you so much for everything. Excellent customer service.

We have purchased 3 Explorers from this dealership. Our purchase in May 2023 was an easy process. We live out of state, the salesperson was very attentive to our needs and communicated thoroughly via texting. He was able to show us a picture via text of a car that we liked before making the 1.5 hour drive to see it. Loved the car and made the purchase!!!

Outstanding Customer Service

The service department was outstanding. My new car wouldnt start after 1400 miles and they got me in quickly and diagnosed the issue was the battery. They had a new one installed promptly and I was on my way in about an hour. Nice customer lounge to wait in with a refreshment center.

We had a 10 a.m. appointment for the Works for our Explorer. We checked in and Joshua took care of us. He kept us informed on the status of our vehicle while we were waiting. Joshua came and got us when it was ready and went over our service paperwork. We were in and out in just over an hour. Our one and half hour drive one way is well worth the drive for the excellent service we receive at Athens Ford!

After buying Ford for years from a family friend/dealership owner, I found a truck en route to Athens in a color I really wanted to see. When I finally made contact and asked about arrival from the factory, Shawn made my process easy and was not pushy or overwhelming at all “just to make a sale.” I cannot express how happy I am with the seamless process that had me in the truck, paperwork signed and out the door in an hour or less after I saw the truck and drove it. I will be back, and will recommend Athens Ford from now on—and specifically Shawn from Internet Sales.
