My experience at RBM of Alpharetta was second-to-none. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted, Kyle Edson went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make a confident purchase of a CPO Mercedes. They gave me a fair value for my trade-in. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Tom in finance was quick and pleasant. I have been to a lot of dealerships over the years and I can safely say that RBM of Alpharetta has the most authentic staff members of any of them.

Superior Experience

Our overall experience of exploring options and purchasing a GLC 300 from David Wang at RBM of Alpharetta was superior. Upon meeting us as parents of his existing customers, David immediately focused on getting to know us and our car preferences. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered the many questions we had with the expertise of a seasoned salesman. David encouraged us to drive several different models to be certain that we were selecting the best car for our life and driving circumstances. He patiently responded to detailed questions about other features we wanted, such as the active lane keeping assist and attention assist. If he didn’t know the answer to one of our questions, he took the time to find it. With his expert guidance, the car we chose was not the one we initially thought we wanted. David searched other dealerships for a possible match for a vehicle meeting our desires: he found one! But the particular dealer was unresponsive even after repeated email and phone calls. So, we negotiated the purchase via building the GLC 300 that we desired and having it shipped from Germany. David expedited the ordering and pricing process expertly. The car was manufactured and shipped from Germany, fortunately, before the 2020 coronavirus-related shutdowns. As a further service in the face of that crisis, David delivered our GLC 300 to us here in Asheville, bringing with him all paperwork for us to sign and accepting our check. The entire process of obtaining our newly built car in less than three months’ time was stress free and enjoyable thanks to David Wang.

I finally went to RBM of Alpharetta after numerous visits to other dealerships. I had been shopping for a one to two year old certified pre owned vehicle. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. They greeted me with a smile, and I was instantly helped by Vadim Russu. He was very thorough and professional, and he made my car buying experience enjoyable along with the other professionals there. I wish I would have gone to RBM of Alpharetta first before I wasted time at the other places. Thanks, Vadim, for helping making this experience as a first time Mercedes Benz owner such a great one!

Had a fantastic experience at RBM of Alpharetta buying my first Mercedes Benz. Bill Favini made the entire process comfortable for my needs, the transaction was clear, seemless and haggle free. Communication and assistance even and especially after the sale has been exceptional and instrumental in my satisfaction. If you need a Master Salesman to smoothly handle an investment I highly recommend you contact Bill. I'd also like to highly recommend Ramona Razavi handle your financing needs. Truly a pleasure to work with, no pressure, highly prepared, everything was ready, correct and explained clearly, not to mention she was a blast to do business with, great personality and attitude! I felt completely comfortable and excited to sign, not AT ALL the shark tank you'd expect in financing :) highly recommended! Last note, the entire dealership was exceptional, delightful, modern, clean and sociable, from the receptionist to passing employees in the showroom or halls, everyone was very professional and smiling. From the moment I reached out to inquire if two Mercedes were still available that I had seen on line through the entire purchase process was the best customer service I've ever received. Kyle Edson was my sales consultant and he gave me a five star treatment all the way. He responded to my early morning text messages, phone calls and in person meetings with kindness, knowledgeable and super attentive at all times. At no time did I feel rushed or like I was a bother. Exceptional service. The customer service doesn't stop after I leave the dealership either. Kyle will be staying in touch with me to ensure I continue to have a great experience with my new car. From Kyle I moved on to the finance department and met with Ed Ahern. That whole process was seamless with Ed. His long time experience with financing at Mercedes shone through. It was all completed in a timely and professional manner. From there I connected with Diane Evans, Product Concierge. Diane introduced me to my new car. She patiently and thoroughly went through every feature in the car. Her follow up email with instructions on how to program the garage opener feature was greatly appreciated.

Bill Favini made purchasing a car a pleasant experience. Prior to going to RBM, I chatted with Bill via RBM's website. I told him exactly what I was looking for, I didn't want to waste anybody's time because I knew exactly what I wanted. He told me the SUV was still available. The next day my Husband and I tested the SUV, 4 hours later we drove off with it. Bill was so pleasant and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable and confident about the purchase. He took his time with us, he did not pressure us, he explained everything and made sure that we were walking away with all the information we needed.
