We just purchased a new 2011 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x2 truck from Sunbelt Ford Town of Albany. I was completely satisfied with the experience until it came down to dealing the trade. I traded in a 2005 Chevy Silverado LT Crewcab 4x4 that had 70900 miles and was very clean. I think the dealer was very fair with the offer for my truck, but he would not give me the best price that I think he could have given me on the new Ford. I was not fully prepared with my numbers to counter his numbers. After the trade was completed and I compared the deal with the TMV on Edmunds.com, I realized that I had left $2600+ on the table. This time it is shame on Sunbelt Ford Town of Albany, but next time it will be shame on me. I will consult with several other dealers before making a final deal.

We purchased a used auto from this dealer. Treated very well..UNTIL we received the paperwork but nothing was completed as promised. Our deal was tag, title, tax out the door and to be titled in Florida. A lein was to be placed on the title. Nothing was completed properly. Called the dealership and both GM and finance manager were extremely RUDE. The salesman avoided my calls. Taxes, title, tags not paid as promised and vehicle was not registered in Florida as promised. During the purchase process everyone was so nice, now we are being treated very poorly. Had truck 2 weeks and starter went up cost $500.00 and I understand this, we both "as is" and took it to the dealer to have repaired, still trusted them at this point. Do not recommend dealing with this dealer. I know I will not go back to Sunbelt Fordtown Albany GA
