Can't trust them...

Went to purchase a new SUV after agreement on price and trade. this was done because we new what we wanted and we live far away. when we arrived we were as handed a completely different agreement compared to what we agreed upon. When challenged, they claimed that the rep/manager we agreed with has gone home and is we are not able to reach him by phone......quite a coincidence. they went back and forth and in the end they still came back with numbers exceeding close to $5000 more than what was agreed. I believe in trusting people, then holding them to their word. I could not find that in this case with the folks at Lexus of Winter Park, which is also the same owners as the Lexus of Orlando. Will not deal with these people again......be aware!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I can’t even begin to explain how outstanding the customer service & care I received at Lexus of Winter Park was. Absolutely 5 Star Service⭐️ This location has amazing staff from Charles Ream (Sales), David Land (Sales Manager), Chanlin Sok (Sales Manager), & Brian in finance. Charles always has such a positive attitude and nothing is ever too much to ask. David & Chanlin are professional, helpful & quick. Brian was a pleasure and made the finance process seamless. The team at Lexus Winter Park are first class, this car buying experience was smooth, quick & pleasant, it was my pleasure to purchase from them. I would absolutely recommend Lexus of Winter Park and the team there. Absolutely outstanding, and that’s an understatement, this team surpassed my expectations as a car dealership..I never want to shop anywhere else as this service is hard to find. My customer experience with Lexus of Winter Park has been nothing short of excellent. In particular, Charles Ream, Marcus Beckford, and Brandon Erlichman, have provided me with a memorable customer service experience. They were courteous and very efficient. Their service has been as personalized as any I have ever experienced in a car dealership before. It has been the absolute best. They even delivered my car to me! I cannot say enough good things about Charles, Marcus, and Brandon, and the team at Lexus of Winter Park. I absolutely, positively recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car. Disappointed and Disheartened

Disheartened and disappointed .After using the Lexus service department for the last three years and purposely selecting this Lexus dealership for my most recent car purchase I found out today they are not as special or Lexus as I thought. When buying a car from them the individual completing the paperwork wrote the incorrect address. He/She used a 6 instead 8 in the street address. A week after purchasing the car I was issued a Pay by Plate invoice by epass. Because the address was entered incorrectly by the dealership and now associated with the registration I never received the invoices and subsequent citation for non-payment. The total payment to Orange County Court is now $146.00. When I discovered all of this and determined the root of the issue was Lexus of Winter Park I generally expected a Lexus like response. In the past, if something was even a little out of wack the dealership jumped to help immediately. But this time the dealership informed me that in the fine print of the contract it notes the buyer of the vehicle is responsible for all information on the contract and they would not reimburse me for their mistake. I don't doubt the fine print argument from the dealership but I was disheartened and disappointed this particular dealership would take this stance. Walmart? Yes. Buy Here Pay Here dealer? Yes. Lexus of Winter Park? Turns out yes. At it's core it is a car dealership like any other. Shady and unwilling to take responsibility for their error.

NEVER AGAIN.

Originally, my experience with this dealership was excellent - I got my first Lexus through them without incident, and this deal SEEMED to go smoothly, as well - they were able to get me into a new lease with the numbers I wanted, and I was thrilled. However, 2 weeks AFTER getting into my new lease, when trying to tie up the loose ends with my old lease as outlined in the deal we reached, Lexus Financial Services informed me that I owe them $1100 MORE than Lexus of Winter Park (LOWP) told me I did at the time I signed my lease contract. Of course, I contacted LOWP immediately thinking this had to be a mistake, certain that they would resolve my issue since they boast such excellent customer service, and because this was never brought up to me during negotiations, etc. Instead, they essentially told me there was "nothing they could do" to help me out. When I asked WHY the dealership gave me a completely different number than Lexus Financial Services (I mean, you'd think they'd communicate effectively since they work together so closely on a daily basis), they told me that they did not have the same information as Lexus Financial Services and that they were not aware of the additional amount to be paid. Somehow, I find that hard to believe considering this is Lexus's own financial company and YOU WOULD THINK that, when working out the details of a lease deal, they would have FULL access to ALL of the details of my account since THIS IS WHAT THEY DO EVERYDAY. Either Lexus Financial Services has a weird way of doing business, or someone somewhere in this equation is being shady. I'm more inclined to think it's the latter the longer this situation goes on. If I had known that I'd be having these issues and having LFS tell me I owe them an additional $1100 despite LOWP somehow "not knowing" this information, I would've never proceeded with the deal. Instead, I'm now locked into a lease that I feel was handled in either a very careless OR very dishonest manner, and I regret ever giving this dealership my time and money. Either way - I know that, as a consumer, I shouldn't be getting penalized for someone else's lack of communication/mistakes... especially to the tune of $1100! Another thing I know? I will never give this dealership a cent of my money or my business/my family's business EVER AGAIN. Overall, I am probably one of the most understanding and laid-back consumers, and I'm also not one of those people who like to throw the word "lawyer" around without a very, very good reason. However, "laid back and understanding" can only go so far, and this is an occasion where I will absolutely be getting my lawyer involved.

Lexus of Orlando

Had a truly wonderful buying experience at this dealership, primarily due to the assistance of the internet sales representative Lisa Johnson. She helped me to look for the vehicle I wanted, offered alternatives and kept me informed of availability of certain cars and what may be coming. She always checked in to determine what the status of my buying decision and eventually found the car for us. She even saved me money on the chosen vehicle which was not offered by sales but readily agreed to honor when it was mentioned. I really like this dealership and look forward to future purchases. And Lisa Johnson is surely a Lexus jewel worthy of any recognition received. Others I found helpful was John Davies who helped tremendously through the buying process along with Quinlin and Everett.

My experience with Lexus of Orlando was FABULOUS! It was wonderful, can't ask for anything better. My product specialist Charles Ream at Lexus of Orlando was wonderful!I will give him two thumbs up. Why? He explained and educated me on all the vehicles I asked him about including the sedans and SUV's. The test drive was an amazing experience for sure! I will definitely recommend Charles Ream anytime. He's the Greatest! My purchase of my RX340 is a dream car anyone will love. I will definitely do business with Lexus of Orlando for future purchases. CHARLES REAM IS THE BOMB!

Lexus of Orlando - Consistently Outstanding!

How many readers of this review can rave about their satisfaction with a car dealership? Not many I suspect. Well after a most disappointing experience with a top-of-the-line competitor vehicle and poor dealer service, we switched to Lexus a few years ago. We have now purchased four new vehicles from Lexus of Orlando. Our most recent experience took place last evening when my wife and I drove happily away from the dealership in our new 2016 RX. Our sales experience actually got underway when I initially spoke with salesperson Charles Ream via telephone. Mr. Ream appeared quite knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time providing me with information and emails regarding inventory on hand. His input was most helpful and it became obvious that this dealership most likely had the SUV that we were most interested in. Shortly after that conversation, my wife and I drove 70 miles to the dealership to see one particular vehicle that Charles Ream had discussed and emailed information. Upon arrival we went for a test drive and along-the-way, we learned about a number of the SUV’s latest features. Yes, we were impressed! So much so, that we purchased the vehicle after a polite and fair negotiation with newly promoted sales manager, Saun. Yes, while these "players" were unfamiliar to us, perhaps one of the very best complements we can say about this dealership is that over the years we have found their staff from the Customer Service Director to Sales and Service to always be truly consistent and most caring. Even after this sale was closed, Charles Ream spent a good amount of time thoroughly going through those options that we were least familiar. Oh yes, as dinner time had passed while we waited for finalization of the sale and vehicle prepping, Mr. Ream went out and bought us a nice pizza to eat while we waited. Those little things make a very nice touch, especially considering it was getting late and we still had a long drive home in our new RX. Prior to us leaving, Charles Ream also gave us his cell phone number...just in case we had questions later. Dealers can flood the airwaves and media with their claims of great prices and service. However, if you are looking for an extremely dependable vehicle, and positive consistency in both sales and services, the Lexus of Orlando dealership has it all together with their highly professional and winning team!

Great Staff

This was my first time visiting Lexus of Orlando. Overall, I enjoyed the experience very much. Charles Ream was great. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. Prior to coming in, I called and spoke with the manager (Fred). I had some specific questions that I wanted answered before I made the long trip. He put my mind at ease and provided some very helpful tips. I look forward to returning in the future to purchase my next vehicle.

Best lease experience ever!

I was looking for a lease on a new car to replace my present Hyundai lease. There were two important factors: (1) I was looking for a hybrid and (2) I had some space limitations in my garage. After researching cars that fit my criteria I began to visit dealerships in the Orlando area. When I came to Lexus of Orlando and met Charles Ream, a product specialist, I felt I was in good hands. Not only did he have a car that met my needs (2016 CT 200h) He was courteous, informative and went to bat for me with their finance manager, Davis Land, and was able to meet the budget that I had established for the lease. The delivery process was easy. The car is beautiful and the total experience was outstanding. I would like to thank Charles and David for making it happen and welcoming me into the Lexus of Orlando family.

Buying "as is" too much risk

Lexus of Orlando had the car I want to buy but the Toyota warranty has expired and they were unwilling to provide even a 30 day, 2000 mile warranty for the vehicle. I'm sure that buying a car from them with the Mfg's warranty is easy, but it sounded like there was something wrong with the Prius V that they were selling when they refused to give any warranty at all and a low price. I'd steer clear of buying a used car from them if you're buying from far away and planning to pick up the car. They claimed they couldn't extend the Edmund's warranty to the car; I wonder why?

I was completely satisfied with my Lexus of Orlando Sales Rep Charles Ream. I have to admit, it was the first time I didn't feel preasure at all, in fact he was very patient with me since I'm a very demanding customer. Mr Ream has been very attentive, knowledgeable, cooperative with the process of my purchase. He made it so easy by understanding my needs of quality as well as pricing. By him doing that I was in and out within an hour. Best Sales Rep I ever had.
