This has to be my worst experience ever when it comes to car dealerships. This dealer would say anything in order to sell The car, Warranties and services...but when you require them to be there for you...they will ignore you and disrespect you like no one else. I sold my car back in August 2020 and I waited until Honda Finance sent me the letter that the loan was successfully paid out. I then immediately called the dealer to reimburse my prorated Extended warranties, and that’s when I met the most disrespectful Finance “Manager” you will ever encounter...Stephen Petrocelli. Stephen, not only lied to me saying that I didn’t purchase the VSC extended warranty, when I had all the official dealership documents proving him wrong, but he has singlehandedly delayed the whole process...while ignoring calls/emails or just providing misleading next steps. *I have 100% of the email communications, to validate this illegal scheme* Winter Haven honda, after I had to share the documents (originals from when the actual sales transaction occurred), then they recognized that I was right and told me that after sending them a few documents they should get everything processed. So I did, I immediately sent over all the required documents and called back to confirm receipt and see of everything was in order. To my surprise, a month later Stephen sent me an email saying that he had forgot that I needed to sign one more paper...which I printed, signed and sent immediately to avoid another wasted month. After this I did receive the Wheels & Tires prorated refund (Sep 2020), but not the VSC (The extremely expensive Extended warranty for 7 years) Fast forward to today, almost 6 months after I continue to get ignored and disrespected on what I believe is my right. I have done everything legally and as instructed and Winter Haven Honda has kept, illegally” a warranty running on a car that was sold back on August 2020...all this illegal scheme is to avoid paying the customer money and in turn avoiding impacting their finance results. *I was indeed confirmed by the dealer on mid December that the issue was within the dealership as apparently Stephen provided the documents 3 months late to the Accounting department. They did confirm that I should expect a prorated refund as of August 2020 on my VSC warranty in the next two weeks time I would receive the check from Honda...it has been a month after that, and they continue to ignore my emails.* While I will continue finding LEGAL ways to get my money back, I strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this dealership. Believe me it is not fun at all, and yes, I have even used their webpage email feature that sends a note to the dealer GM, whom either fully ignored my request or never got the note. Don’t fall for this trap, I do want others to not experience what I am going through.

Great sales and financing staff!!! Best price around - I have bought four cars from them in the last ten years. It's worth the 1.5 hour drive from Orlando for the friendly attitude, low pressure sales - all at great price!

My husband and I stopped by 30 minutes befor closing; We were attended for immediately and were given a test drive and sealed the deal way past closing hours. Just purchased the Clarity and the battery is rated for 47 electric miles, we were expecting to get a range of 40-43 (real life driving conditions). We got 53 miles electric range after we charged it. AWSOME!!! Not only did the battery exceed our expectations but we still made it back home with 20 electric miles to spare and 199 mpg. And to top it of; there phone app actually works and communicates with car. Love this car ! Great service, Great car.

I have purchased a Chrysler Town and Country - trade it in after 221,000 plus miles...no problems at all, Purchased a Nissan Altima - still have, no problems.....21/2 months ago I purchased a CRV 2012. I just had to have the torque converter replaced. After just having it 21/2 months I question whether I made the right decision in purchasing a Honda. I hope this is not indicative of my future. I purchased my vehicle from your dealership because I like the ease in doing business with sales and finance dept.

I have two vehicles both leased with Honda. I found myself a year ago having to declare bankruptcy but I kept the cars as I needed the Civic I had for commuting to work and an Odyssey for when I travel with my wife and 3 kids. Needless to say I was dreading the end of lease date believing that any new deal I would get would be horrible because of my now ruined credit. I called the dealership and had the pleasure of dealing with is the best and most honest salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I explained to him my situation and he worked miracles. His name is Jacob Gluck, ask for him by name. Everything Jacob told me over the phone and text was 100% accurate. The only surprise I had when I went to the dealership was how fast I was in and out of there. I even asked "that's it, I can leave with the car now? The bankruptcy I had a year ago wasn't an issue at all, I was able to bring my Civic with the lease that was about to expire in a month and get into a brand new one with no issue. Jacob even worked out a better situation on my Odyssey that was due up next year. Amazing experience, I am in awe and extremely happy with the outcome. Jacob took such good care of us that now I feel like I have a friend looking out for my best interests. Plus he's been there since 06 so its nice to know he's not a fly by night type of salesmen. I highly recommend seeing Jacob Gluck, can't say enough good things about him.

They completely wasted my time! I filled out credit app online,told them exactly everything about my situation. I live 2 hrs away wanted to make sure i would be financed,they looked at my information, said no problem come on down we make deals happen! So i spent 8 hrs going there talking then back,,they needed more, i tripled my down payment, got a co signer and agreed to there terms ,keeping in contact with them every day for 4 days ,he said i will call you in morning day i was coming to purchase vehicle,they didn't, i called said i was on my way to purchase vehicle, said sorry bad news we sold it last night!dishonest, lied and wasted my time ,dont go there!

We were informed beyond our questions about how the pricing, trade-in, purchase and leasing really work. Leasing is an excellent option over purchase for those with good credit ratings. We got a great deal on the lease payment and the review to train us on the options in our Pilot was complete.

After weeks and hundreds of hours researching and narrowing down a pre-owned vehicle, I selected just a few to actually go look at. I wanted to avoid as many high pressure "what can we do to get you in this car today" type dealers. The second of 5 dealers I visited was WHH, and I had made internet contact with Jason "Happy" Hardman (probably way too many times from his perspective). Pressure? None. Willingness to do what it took to satisfy my vehicular and financial requirements? Absolutely! A great buying experience? Yup. I was even able to contact Jason by text from other dealerships. He knew his deal could not be beat, but he also knew I was determined to check out other places. My vehicle is not a Honda, but it was taken care of and prepared for delivery like it was, and that was important to me. I have been loyal to one brand of vehicle and one dealer for years. I'm a pain in the xx buyer. Jason and WHH really broke me, and I would buy from them again, new or pre owned. There was no sales pitch, no pressure, and when you know as a dealer that you have the best at the best price, you don't need those attributes.

I made the mistake of visiting this dealership because of a price advertised on Edmunds price promise. When they contacted me, I asked them to confirm that the emailed price is the final price and no more money will be added. Getting the assurance, I drove more than a hundred miles only to find that the real price was several thousand dollar higher. It appears the quoted price was just a gimmick to get me in the dealership. I ended up buying from another dealer who was able to give me 2500 dollars (35%) more on my trade in than what Winterhaven Honda offered me.
