Prompt service on drop off as always. They take their time to get the diagnosis and repair correct. I never feel like my vehicle is rushed thorugh, which is important to me. Dave Overturff has been my service writer for 3 years and he is excellent. His tenure at the dealership tells you he is good at his job.

Consistently Service Driven

I have owned my Jaguar F-Type for a little over two years, and have had nothing but excellent service from Palm Beach Jaguar. The team there knows me by name, is able to bring up my service history by my phone number (under the Caller ID - I never have to provide my information), and they always offer to help in any way possible, and also provide a loaner car while my car is being serviced. I have owned Mercedes Benz, Audi, BMW and other luxury brands.. but the Jaguar service has been the highest level of attention and professionalism.

Good value for routine maintenance

My 2013 XJ needed an oil change and I had its fuel injectors cleaned for the first time in 40,000 miles. Service advisor Armand Copani is always a class act and he took care of both tasks quickly while I waited. The customer lounge is very nice -although as usual I probably spent more time in the showroom gazing at the gorgeous Aston Martin convertibles. My car was washed and cleaned so well that it seemed like it had been detailed. I especially appreciated the tire shine. The clean fuel injectors made my car feel like new as it now idles more smoothly and quietly and accelerates faster. All that for less than $400. I will keep coming back.

A Really Nice Buying Experience

I was looking at small sport SUV's. I went in just to look around and see what they had. Erik was really helpful. There was no pressure. I usually hate car shopping but my experience at Jaguar Palm Beach was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and Erik in particular.

Palm Beach Jaguar Comes Through Again

F-Type was leaking oil from rear end. Turned out to be a faulty differential. Problem: warranty expired two months ago. Solution: Jaguar USA and Palm Beach Jaguar replaced the differential (a pricey item indeed) at no charge to me. Classy performance all around and especially by service advisor Armand Copani. Fan for life.

Jaguar Palm Beach is pro active with new product and promomion updates and reminders of service intervals. The staff and management are real pros and treat their customers with courtesy and respect. Its a great facility and visiting it is is a pleasure. Loaner car program works like a dream
