Heartless
by 04/20/2021
onI am very saddened by the way this company does business. My husband overwhelmed from the daily fits and from our special needs child and working in the emergency room as a nurse, short staffed saving lives, literally 14hrs a day with no lunch or bathroom break, and came to buy a car. They jacked price up to get every dollar you could and still I had to call and beg for a delivery even though it is advertised free delivery on the website. I’ll be sure to leave a honest review on as many sites as I can and contact the BBB and any other companies I can to prevent this from happening to any other families. My unsuspecting and trusting husband literally had no idea what he was paying. Yes he should read everything before he signs it. It was his fault and we know that. However, there should still be some ethics when it comes to selling cars. He had a 798 credit score and handed them 4,000 cash and said I’ll pay 250 a month. So much more than the out the door prices I got from other dealers on similar cars. A car advertised at 13,900 has ended up costing us 22,000. It’s sickening and it has really hurt a family in many ways.the finance guy there also said he had 5 kids and a similar situation. How can this man sleep at night knowing he did this to a family like his? Was this even true because I can’t see how anyone in a situation like ours could be so heartless.

Avoid like the Coronavirus!!!

onAvoid like the Coronavirus!!! I was interested in a car they listed on the website so I called a couple of times to get more details from this dealership, and scheduled the hour-long trip with my family this morning to come see it and drive it. Last I spoke with them, it was 7:30pm. We got a call this morning confirming that we would be arriving, and we confirmed. I even called them again to confirm info they’d need for a registration transfer. I spoke to several people, but my main points of contact were Michael and Red. They told me - this morning - they “were getting it ready for me” and they “found it in their notes” by my phone # and they “would see me soon”. When we arrived this morning we were told the car was gone. Apparently it sold last night at 8:45pm. We were given a number of clumsy excuses, including an effort to scapegoat their third party scheduler. My feeling is that at best their story shows they are willfully negligent in keeping their customers informed. At worst, they were gambling that we’d be interested in the up-sell alternative they were only too quick to offer. WHY ON EARTH DID THEY NOT CALL AFTER THEY “REALIZED IT WAS SOLD” INSTEAD OF LETTING ME DRIVE AN HOUR FOR OUR “APPOINTMENT” ? These are the shenanigans that give car salespeople a bad reputation. We can’t and won’t buy a car from people we can’t trust. They do not deserve my business or yours.

Great Experience at Venice Honda!
by 10/09/2019
onI bought my 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T from Venice Honda. Getting a great price was something that was important to me because I do not buy a new car very often. I did some online pricing ahead of time and ended up feeling comfortable that I was getting a great deal. The sales person was easy to work with and was not pushy. All in all a very good experience and I LOVE my HONDA ACCORD SPORT!

onunethical practice detected!!!!!! we went to venice honda looking for a civic on behalf of our daughter who just got back from a 5yrs oversea deployment. agreed on a quote from one of the manager, signed and gave a deposit. a week later, on a saturday, we came back to pick it up. they had us signed bunch of papers, took to the financing office to finalize. then 1hrs later, the same manager that authorized the deal came out and wanted $1500 more for the same car that we had agreed upon! we didn't fall for the trap so he told us to come back on monday, he will get us another car. the manager said and i quote " either take this car out tonight for $1500 more or wait 2 days to get the car as quoted" we got suspicious, but what can we do? we left disappointed and outraged! monday afternoon they called and said they can't get the car as priced, come back for a refund! we understand that these kind of business practice is seldom done in a third world country, but is really happen here in the great country of USA which our daughter spent the last 5 yrs of her youth protecting? these people can't be trusted, they lied to us, played game, pushing us around. they're so unprofessional, so crooked! heartbroken and disgusted our little navy girl went to wilde and got a much better treatment. she is now recovering from stress in her white civic ex. don't waste your time with this company! i wouldnt dare to come close to this sharks infested establishment!!! you've been WARNED!!!!
