We had been at another Cadillac Dealer the day before we came to Sunset Cadillac and the salesman there wrote some numbers on a piece of paper and said this is your payment, but nothing to show what we were paying for. Our salesman Barry, at Sunset had everything printed on his worksheet and we were able to see the numbers that went with monthly payment. We were treated like they wanted our business.

Top sales person , really worked to make the deal. Great service. I went into the dealership 90% sure I could not get the options I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. John did a great job in putting together a deal and supporting me in turning in my current lease. Have not driven an American car in years very glad I came back.

My wife and I are savvy professionals and consumers read: not our first 'new car' rodeo. We understand 'packs' and the function of a 'TO', the guy behind the curtain. We sincerely appreciate a sales professional who recognizes and respects the consumer as a knowledgeable buyer who knows what they want and won't be sold any more or less. Luckily, we got such a sales-professional in Crest Cadillac's Harry S. He asked the delving questions to understand us and what would compel us to bring our business to Crest Cadillac - presented the facts and how they benefitted us, created appropriate urgency, and then delivered the perfect product to compel us to buy - including the right price. All three of us won! My wife and I; Harry S.; and Crest Cadillac.
