Go see Kristal Neives at Courtsey Nissan

I am not sure about other's experiences or why they cannot see a car without logging in or giving up their personal information. Guess it is just because they are not computer-literate... My experience was very pleasant and there were no pushy sales reps (the vulture's were out there stalking though). My wife and I had the extinct pleasure of meeting and working with Kristal Nieves. I would recommend her to anyone! She did not have all the answers, but she knew where to go to get them and was very fast! She brought in Jeremy (Sales Manager), who was so easy to talk with and he was straight to the point and I really appreciated that. I was so impressed with both of them, I actually bought the truck that night, something I have never done in my past with vehicles. I felt very comfortable and at ease to make any decision "I" wanted to make. I felt so comfortable with Kristal, that I am only dealing directly with her for some after purchase things that were discussed during my purchase. I will tell anyone out there, I am hard person to impress and both of these reps shined for Courtesy Nissan. I will hold no reservations to ever purchase from them again. I did enjoy the time with Raymond (finance) as well. He was easy to chat with and gave us some really good information on warranties and recommendations. The best thing about all three of these people is that they made you feel like family you had not seen for some time and we picked up right where we left off. new car

I needed a car and was shopping online when I received the opportunity to char with Andrea from Courtesy Nissan of Tampa Fl. A wonderful energetic sales person Mohammad called. I explained my situation. He was courteous and very pleasent. I was unable to secure transportation to the Tampa site AND his boss kindly gave him permission to bring the car to me! Do you believe that! It was a 40 min drive. Mo brought the car to Ellenton Fl and I was able to drive it back to Tampa. I loved the Nissan Versa Note and in the perfect color Cocoa Ember.I met Mo's boss Eustesis(sorry dont know spelling) I was like the were waiting for me to arrive and I was their only customer, howerver the dealership had many customers. I have never met such wonderful people and I have bought several new cars.The did everything the could to secure my new car and were VERY courteous and professional. I am truly grateful for their business and help. No wonder they are named Courtesy Nissan. They certainly lived up to their mission statement!

Amazing Help for First Time Buyer

They were the most helpful people. I was nervous being a first time buyer, but my dealer, Javier Ruiz, was very helpful, kind, and so personable that it made it seem like i was talking with a family member. Javier answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, guided me very well in all financial options and it made the experience great and peaceful. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Nissan Titan/nice truck-bad dealer experience

I communicated with a sales person for one week before visiting the dealer. I was very clear on what I expected to pay. I even texted him a copy of the offer I received from Courtesy for my trade in. When I arrived at the dealership and after I test drove the truck I was told I wasn't eligible for all the discounts and I couldn't use the price I was quoted from them for my trade in in conjunction with the discounts. They started $6000.00 above the price that I wanted to pay after I was told by the salesman earlier that week that my price shouldn't be a problem. After a couple of hours my wife had enough and went to my car. The manager came outside and made on offer that I would have accepted if it was made earlier but part of the deal I wanted was to have fog lamps and a trailer hitch installed on the vehicle and had included them when I spoke with the salesperson from day one. The manager told me very firmly that was not going to happen. I could have one of the items but not both. I would have to take the truck somewhere else to have the other item installed. End of negotiations. I left very disappointed because the vehicle I wanted to trade in was purchased at that same Courtesy dealership less than three years earlier and I thought loyalty would mean something but I was wrong.

Rogue Purchase at Courtesy Nissan

I had a great experience thanks to Ben Walker at Courtesy. After a few weeks of nothing but frustration, I was driving my new Rogue less than 3 hours after our first correspondence.

Bait and Switch

Do not go here. They are guilty of false advertising. Was watching a truck on their website for about four days. Was exactly what we wanted and the listed price was great. I even confirmed on cars dot com and everything matched up. We live about 45 minutes away from the dealer so I reached out online and was talking with Rickey and Felix about the vehicle. After still confirming everything we made the trip there last night. We were assigned another sales person (can't remember his name, but he was awful) and he showed us the truck. We were very impressed wit the test drive. My wife and I were ready to talk numbers and buy. After valuing our trade (low ball offer of course). They brought out the coveted paperwork. The price of the truck was almost $9,000 more than the price online. After much talk I showed the sales person the online price and listing. They said that it was an error. After speaking with three people (and after noticing they changed the online price while I was there) they said that the price online was wrong and they blamed Nissan for extending their incentives and messed up the whole website. They admitted to not being able to run their website accurately. But still, a chance to redeem themselves and honor the price? No, they insisted that I was wrong and they cannot sell for that price. So wasted my time, gas and my hopes on making a trip. I fell for the old "Bait and Switch". If you want a real sleazy car buying experience that preys on peoples hopes for a vehicle, then this is your spot. DO NOT GO HERE! Shame, because I was ready to buy last night with check book in hand. (Now I expect the General Manager to write a standard reply message to this review apologizing and asking to reach out in order to speak with him further. Then there will still be nothing they can do and give the same lame excuse. However, they will look like a service oriented company because they "reached out"...and go).

Sell Fraud Cars!

This dealership is filled with [non-permissible content removed], I came in for a vehicle I saw advertised online. Once I arrived to the dealership I was told that car was gone and that they could get me the same price on another car. I figured sure why not so the car salesman showed me the car and told me that it just got in and that it was thoroughly inspected and free of accidents also that it was was a certified pre-owned vehicle. I test drove it and noticed it had a fairly loud idle, I mentioned to the salesperson and he said that it's normal. So we sat down and he asked me if I wanted to purchase the car I said sure, he showed me the monthly payments and rushed me into placing a down payment because it was such a 'good offer' they go so quick. Me not wanting to lose this good deal I placed the down payment and scheduled to come in first thing in the morning the next day. So I came in the next day and waited about 4 miserable hours to get the process initiated. Once I said I had to leave in about 10 minutes all of a sudden the finance guy pops up and makes sure he lets us know he is doing us such a huge favor because he wasn't suppose to be at work that day or something along the lines of that. When we finally began the process he begin pushing papers for me to sign, when I went to read them he'll cut my concentration and try to brief me by saying, "Don't worry about that, it's just this and that" basically passively aggressively rushing me to sign the papers so he can get his little commission check and get me out of his hair. Immediately I got a bad feeling about the process but continued signing the papers. So I signed them and asked for a copy of all the papers I signed, this man told me, "I'll give you a copy of all the papers you need in this folder" I didn't know how to respond at the moment. Once I looked through my folder I noticed he never gave me a copy of anything that I signed he was to lazy to make copies of all the paper and documents he was pushing for his commission check. He also charged me for things I specifically said I didn't want . I shortly found out how stupid I was to let a crooked finance man and salesperson rush me through signing legal documents. The next day when I found out the price they told me they were selling me the car for was a huge difference from what was stated in the contract . I felt pissed ripped off and scammed and I came into the dealership the following day to ask for a refund because the car was way out of my budget along with the insurance required, especially with the ungodly amount of APR they scammed me with. When I told them I would like to return the car, I was given the run around about what monthly payments I want to pay, and how you are the one who signed the papers, blah, blah, bah. I asked to speak to the GM but was presented with the most condescending sales manager I have ever spoken to in my life he was cold, rude, and slimy and talked down to me in ways no one in his position should. There was no getting anywhere with him so I left and called the GM who told me he would get right back to me, which he never did he had someone underneath him call me back to give me the same exact run around, "trade-in blah, blah, blah". I find that quite interesting the GM could not at least return my call considering he replies to all the negative reviews on here stating to call him to resolve an issue. Anyways I took my car to car-max to get an appraisal to find out the value is literally crumbs compared to what they sold the car to me for! I asked the person at car max why the price was so low she said that the car has been in a ACCIDENT! With moderate damage including damage to the frame which can make the car extremely unsafe in the event of an accident and drastically decreases the value of the car. I go online to do an auto check and turns out it is true! I was horrified that this information was never disclosed to me and in fact I was told quite the opposite! So I contacted a lawyer and will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Agency and BBB!

I'm pleased with the service. I wasn't forced to make a purchase and Felix was patient and gave me a chance to see all my options. I came in to see if I could afford to purchase a car and drove off the lot with more than I expected. Clean car with full tank of gas and a smile.

Terrible

I bought a new rogue from you guys in April 2016. The guy in finance I dealt with was Irvin. Well it turns out that he or (whomever) wrote the wrong vin number. It was for another rogue not the one I bought. Well they called me like 2or 3 weeks later to go fill out the new paper work for the rogue that I had/have. I went like the first week of June or last week of May. Well when we went to fill out the paper work and Irvin called Nissan to tell them that there had been a mistake on the vin well he said that the original contract was done on May 5th which it wasn't. He was trying to make it seem that I had the car for less than 1 month so I guess Nissan bank would still see my rogue as a brand new car. I let that slide and I didn't call him out on it. Well when we did the original contract when my son was calling to get insurance I some how the 72 month loan turned into a 75 month loan. I don't speak English and I don't read all that well since I didn't go to school past the 2nd grade. ( my son is writing this letter for me). Well anyways I let it slide. And when we went to go fill out the contract for the correct rogue I didn't renegotiate on the price or the terms. Again I let it slide. Well the reason I have been writing Irving and he hasn't responded. Nissan bank has been sending me bills for the rogue with the vin knmat2mt7gp648352. That's the rogue that I DONT have. It is three months passed due and it's affecting my credit and I'm not going to pay for a car that I don't have. I guess Irving didn't send in the paper work telling them that I don't have that car. I called Nmac and they said to tell Irving to send in the paperwork telling them that that deal was "closed" since he didn't send it in when he was supposed to they say said he had to send it in. Well he still hasn't sent it in. my credit has dropped like close to 100 points. I had even gave them 10s on the surveys so they could get their bonuses. Eventhough it hasn't been wasnt. I have sent this email to Irvin the finance guy and I have also sent this email to the finance manager Younes Bouzoubaa and they haven't responded to me.

Great experience at Courtesy Nissan

I couldn't say enough good things about my experience at Courtesy Nissan. I worked with Jose Rivera who was easy to work with and there was not a lot of back and forth. I happened to work with the Sales Manager and he did everything in his power to work the deal that I requested. I then met with Jay- Finance guy to close out my paperwork and it was a simple and quick process. As for my 2016 Nissan Rogue, it drives great and get GREAT gas mileage like my last car which was a sedan. I am happy with the features and glad I decided to get the Rogue as I was looking at a lot of other vehicles. I feel satisfied with the car and the payment. The crew at Courtesy Nissan were great to work with. Thank you!

Outstanding service

Edward and Matt went above and beyond to help us! They were patient and understanding of our situation. Edward was so helpful and found us a car that fit our budget. We went there with one model of vehicle in mind, but soon found out that even though we qualified for financing, we could not afford it. Edward took into account what we were looking for in a vehicle, and found us the right car for us. Matt even went so far as to re-evaluate our original deal and found a better one for us! We couldn't be happier! We will definitely be going back to them for all of our future cars!

No nonsense negotiations

Edward was a pleasure to work with he is an excellent salesman and he knows his vehicle. We but it all out on the table during the negotiations and there was no high pressure sales. I never even had to speak to the sales manager which is common at other dealerships. I did my homework and walked away with a far deal. Remember ask for Edward Carrasquillo you won't be disappointed.

Experienced Sales staff

I went into Courtesy Nissan with a pre-approval offer and really had no expectations that they would be able to help me. My credit score wasn't very high and I had a trade in that I owed more on than it was worth. Louis Fragoso was the sales person I spoke to and he performed a miracle for me that day, sending me home in a brand new 2016 Nissan 370Z, my very first brand new car. I would highly recommend you visit Courtesy Nissan in Tampa if you need to speak to knowledgeable sales staff.
