He took his time explaining all of the safety details of the car during the test drive and was able to find exactly what I wanted to see in the inventory! The entire staff was extremely friendly and a smooth process. I was greeted right away and always asked if I needed anything throughout my whole time at Century Kia. From the beginning to the end my experience was excellent. My salesperson, Sandy Davis, was warm, friendly and professional - all at the same time. The gentleman who helped me in finance was very helpful and explained anything I needed clarification on. We started search on your website and found it extensive and very informative. Used phone # provided for questions and all were answered with added info. We were pleased with follow ups and decided to test drive the Soul. Our sales person, Doug South, was excellent. His knowledge was wide in all areas from a well thought out test drive course that allowed us to try and feel every aspect of the car to explaining it's features comparing different packages.
