Beware of Deceprion

I been a Hyundai lessee over 15 yrs, I traded in my 2016 Hyundai Sonata after they convinced me and purchased this time a 2020 Elantra at this location. We made a deal no money down and they would cover the remainder of the lease and mileage. I find almost a year later that I had been charged off on my lease supposedly because I owed mileage. A conversation with Hyundai finance who refused to finance my 2021 Sonata and discovering charge off which severely affected my credit. According to Hyundai finance payment were made on that vehicle for about 4 months after I purchased 2020 Elantra and then paid off completely after Brandon Hyundai sold it and paid it off leaving zero Balance. No where does it show that$660.00 dollars are owed on mileage overage, which was suppose to be paid off by Brandon Hyundai on the deal. They made a final total on the deal promises and you you it really carried over into a new Loan. I go to Brandon Hyundai and was basically told that they could not help me or pay for their end of the deal. They called Hyundai finance and they told them it was not their problem, and it was being sent to collections also told me that it didn’t matter that I am a Loyal Hyundai customer, and that it they would have financed me which they didn’t want to at the time. They would not charge me for mileage due to the fact that I’m a loyal Hyundai buyer only if I finance with them. This will probably be settled in court with punitive damage caused by Brandon Hyundai as this has affected my family’s life as we are now dealing with this charge off on a purchase of a new home. Thank you Brandon Hyundai. I WILL NEVER SERVICE MY 2021 HYUNDAI AT YOUR LOCATION LOCATED LESS THEN A MILE FROM YOU. AND WORKING ALREADY AS SOON AS I CAN TO GET RID OF 2021 HYUNDAI VEHICLES FOR GOOD. DUE TO YOUR ACTIONS AND HYUNDAI FINANCE. ANYWAY MY 2014 WAS A TOTAL ENGINE RECALL, TRUSTED YOU AGAIN WITH A 2016 AND THEN 2020 AND THIS IS THE RESPECT AND THANKS FROM YOU FOR MY LOYALTY TO HYUNDAI.. OBVIOUSLY DONT NEED MY BUSINESS OR MY FRIENDS OR ANYONE WHO IS LOYAL TO HYUNDAI PRODUCTS. * COMSUMER BEWARE *** please read and pass it along. Share it with friends and family. Posting this on all social medias. I’m tired of people being taken advantage of, and being victims of GREED BY THESE CORPORATE COMPANIES. THEY MEET YOU AT THE SOOR WITH SUCH KINDNESS AMD THEM GIVEN SUCH DECEPTION. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Worst finance manager

Finance manager Eli raised the price of the 2021 Hyundai Palisade by 3000 dollars because of a 'issue with the shipping containers'. Also refused to take off an extended warranty on the price too. We were pre approved, we were willing to buy but not overpay. We said that we will buy from another Hyundai and was more than happy to let us walk. These predatory bait and switch tactics may work on people that don't know any better but we will buy from another dealer and we will report to BBB.

never again

could be the worst buying experience I have ever had, old time sales tactics, walk away, dishonest and condescending. Never going back and was looking for 2nd car in near future, would not recommend this to anyone, bought the vehicle I wen tin for , but felt locked in once they took my trade in and changed thing s out. Gave 1 star because you have to give one, I will say the finance individual at least had some respect, not happy, but he gets a star.

2019 Elantra

I was very nervous about buying another car (it has been a while) and Tiffany was so nice and really made the process easy and not scary at all. I will be telling all of my friends what a great experience I had.
