I am very, very pleased with my C-Max Energi that I bought in May. It is very comfortable, handles well, looks great, and, of course, with its plug-in hybrid features, gets great gas mileage. The salesman and other staff were very helpful during the sale and the salesman spent over a half hour with me later, showing me the many features. My sister and brother-in-law bought a C-Max Energi from you about a year and a half ago, and we all highly recommend them and you. I have even let the local dealership (Thomasville, GA) know that they are missing out on sales by not carrying this model!! My last car was a Prius, and I have also told the Toyota dealer that they are missing sales by not carrying plug-in hybrids.

Escape with 4 wheel drive

Bought a Ford Escape with automatic 4 wheel drive - dealership had to find it at another dealer half a state away. They did so expeditiously. We put 50 miles on it, last weekend, on some dusty, rugged, unpaved roads in the hill county of NE Georgia. It handled that outing very well. We even had the opportunity to use the automatic parallel parking feature in a dirt parking area, between two trucks parallel parked on the edge of drop off into a river, before our hike through the forest to a waterfall.

Made an apt today to see a 1 y/o car advertised online. Sales person made me wait 20 min and then brought it around. Immediately told me they had already accepted a deposit on the car but it was "first come first serve" there so I could buy it if I wanted. I asked what the deposit was for. He said there was "no contract" so if I wanted to buy it I could. I told him I could not deal with anyone who would treat someone like that. What if I wanted to leave a deposit and go get my financing. I would return and my car might be gone. I guess I already knew at that point my time was not important to them-- and neither is anyone elses. What business model is this anyway. I will never return and I hope you consider yourselves warned.
