Stealership!!!

Expect a 6k minimum mark up. They will try to hide the total price of the vehicle and make you sign the documents without showing it to you, which is completely illegal. They make you sit and wait all day so when it is time to sign you are desperate to leave and rush things. It's just awful 😞. I don't understand why they choose to score one single sale over winning over a customer for life. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Straightforward process!

Sean Coleman was a great salesman. He was attentive, very quick and knowledgeable. Sean made this long process a lot more bearable with his positive attitude and his witty personality. Poor customer service.

I made an appt 1 month in advance for routine service. They told me the car would be ready by 4, which I thought it was ridiculous for an oil change. At 2:30 I texted the service coordinator, and no response. At 3:00 I called, he had no update. At 4:00 I texted and it had not even been touched. Somehow at 5:00, it was ready. I was disappointed with the customer service that I expect at Rick case. They blamed it on the generation today’s work ethic. I told them they book too many appointments and they have a level of service to maintain. Also the car smelled like cigarette smoke. Never going back.

Was extremely happy with the whole attention, professionalism, timeliness and friendliness for my first service appointment for my Kia Sorento with this dealer. From the moment I got in line I was attended to, no waiting! A smooth process with very knowledgeable and friendly advisor Lee. My car was ready with the oil change done way before it was promised.

The best dealership service experience ever!

I leased a Kia from Rick Case Kia three years ago and I have always had a good experience dealing with their service department. But my experience this morning was particularly exceptional and deserving of praise for Robert Popola, Service provider. He was outstanding and went more than the extra mile to help and solve what could have been a frustrating situation. Let me pause here to say that I have leased many cars over my lifetime in many different cities. I learned long ago that you want to go to the dealership with the best service department. Your number one priority should be about what happens after you buy or lease a car. You will probably never see the salesperson much after the papers get signed. But you will see the Service Team. And when I was shopping dealerships here in Fort Lauderdale, I always found the opportunity to get away from the sales person to personally walk into the service area and engage employees in discussion. And those I spoke to at Rick Case Kia Service three years ago gave me the confidence to sign a lease with them. If I had not felt good about the service department and if the senior business /financing person had not been as diligent and helpful as he was, I would never have gone with this dealership. My experience with the sales person was lackluster and all too typical. But each time over three years I scheduled and brought in my leased car for service, they have been gracious, professional and dutiful to make my time waiting as brief as possible while still making sure the work was done well. Today was especially gratifying. This service department like Kia dealerships everywhere have been overwhelmed having to handle the recall to better secure Kia Souls from a wave of thefts based on online instructions detailing the ease in which one could break in and steal a Kia Soul. They therefore had to call a week ahead of my original appointment and reschedule me for two weeks later and then again for a week later. I appreciated that they knew it was taking longer in the shops than anticipated and they did not want me frustrated in suddenly losing my car for more than a day. For whatever reason, there was confusion with my revised appointment and I showed up this morning while the computer had me listed for a morning next week. It takes me almost an hour to drive from my home to this dealership and the thought I was going to have to drive for two hours today for nothing to happen and then repeat the exercise again next week was frustrating. Instead of simply saying there was nothing they could do and move on to the next person in line, Robert heard my concern and acknowledged it and then said “Let me see what we can do.”. It was 8 am and ultimately he said since I was there they would somehow work it into the schedule but it would be 2 pm at least before it would be ready. He then said they would be happy to take me to the big mall to hang there and would call me and pick me up when it was done. I decided to spend the first couple of hours at the dealership sipping coffee and answering text messages. I never got to the mall because Robert had me and a retooled Soul out of there before 11 am. Now don’t expect Robert or anyone to perform that kind of miracle for you as I would have been ok if I did have to pace up and done the place for many more hours just because Robert was so helpful, understanding and upfront candid about the time, leaving the decision to me as to did I want to wait that long or return next week. The fact they beat there own timeline was a wonderful and happy surprise for which I am grateful and very appreciative of the mechanics. But it was the thoughtful, quiet, and professional manner in which Robert dealt with the situation and the knowledge and care and experience he clearly has to work thru an accommodation that is rare and should be applauded. We have lost a lot of civility, patience, informed decision-making and kindness in this state. It was just great to discovery those things are still alive in the service department at Rick Case Kia, Thank you, Robert.

Jonathan was very courteous and a gentleman. All the guys at the service shop too. I can’t remember the name of the bald Cuban guy at Service but he was also awesome! Everyone asked if I needed help. They carry and got my baby car seats into a rental. Jonathan kept me up to date about the status of my car. Everything went so smooth and easy. Keep up the great work guys!
