onThis dealership only cares about collecting payments and crediting the customer. This dealership received my lease payments of $4,550and refuses to credit me for these payments.

onWe had a great experience buying our car from Ed Morse Sawgrass. Our salesman, Ferris was wonderful. He was thorough, informative, and very helpful. He is a great salesman. This is the third car we leased from him and will go back again. He spent a lot of time explaining how different things in the car worked. Would recommend him to anyone.

Fumbled Too Many Times to Count
by 08/13/2013
onWhere do I start? Lazy, inefficient, no attention to detail and zero commitment to the client long term. Pushy, pushy, pushy to get a deal done and lazy, lazy, lazy when it came to details after it was said and done. Too lazy to read the 19 contracts I signed with my address and make sure they had my home address, they used my DL address (when I told them not to) that they copied when I initially came in. Of course, they sent my tags to an address I didn't live at, leaving me without a tag and unable to drive my new Cadillac for well over a week. Then, asked ME "what do we do"...? Hello! THEY screwed up, not me. Figure it out, I'm sure it happened before. But no, they sat on this problem for days and didn't address it, leaving me paying for a lease I couldn't enjoy without a tag. To make it worse, they didn't update my file to receive my monthly bills, (even though I went out of my way to tell them NOT to make that mistake) and of course they fumbled this too, causing a late payment on my first payment due. I went out of my way to remind the sales rep time and time again of this problem, to no avail. I was told I would be re-imbursed for the late fee but do you think that happened? Not yet. Lastly, I got flack from the sales agent when the honest review I submitted didn't earn them $100 for the transaction. Pss.. Emailed the GM from the corporate website to share my experience over two weeks ago expressing a desire to share the experience with him, and heard nothing back. This place does not care about customers, period.
