Your sales person Phil Hardy did an exceptional job. We appreciate his good work. The other employees helped us with with connecting our cell phones, radio and all. The Passatt is a lovely car and I know we will enjoy ownership.

Deceptive Practices

Went to exercise purchase option at lease end. Lease clearly stated what fees and purchase price I would be responsible for. Wallce VW jacked up the "dealer fee" even though it was clearly stated in the contract. I own three VW's and have owned other s in the past. Will no longer purchase a VW and will not use any of the services nof this and any other Wallace Automotive Dealership.
