Mikey is the best

My wife purchased a vehicle from Murray Ford Starke and the salesman, Mikey, was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He is friendly, funny, and made the time fly by at the dealership. When it came time for me to get a new vehicle, we went right back to Mikey and got my F-150. If you go to Murray Ford Starke, I’m sure every salesman there is amazing, but if you are lucky enough to have Mikey help you then you are in for a great shopping experience!

From the beginning Roger took care of us perfectly. He was never pushy, he let us navigate the process and was ready to help answer any questions. He was patient and professional. He is without a doubt the best sales person I have ever dealt with. The entire process from getting to the lot to signing the contract was seamless. Can't enough about the staff and their professionalism.

I normally don't leave reviews but mine was so bad at both the Dodge branch or Murray and the Ford branch both in Starke, the salesman at Dodge told me credit wasn't really an issue just need to make enough, when I went in he said you make enough but my credit needed to be better but if I bring in 3k he said the manager can get me in a truck, called said I had 3k and told me he will see what can do he would call me right back, waited 3 days didn't hear back so gave them a call and he told me my best option is to go to buy here pay here sorry, I ask him originally please don't pull my credit but once he said no problem and after I looked at my report they pulled it 9 times needless to say I really wasn't happy but kept mouth shut and went on, got an email from Murray Ford for a tremendous sale on trucks so I figured maybe be the sister store might get treated differently, I ask the gentlemen to only pull credit once please and he did honor my request he said my credit was strong but a little low in score but doable, he said would call me back and again had to wait a few days and never heard anything then a little over a week he called me back and said he's sorry the bank wouldn't take it so I said ok, a few days later I get a letter from the bank saying wasn't approved and when I looked at the bottom figure I could see why , they were trying to get me financed for 48k on a 31k truck and even I saw that there's no way a bank will just give you 17k over a vehicle worth just cause they like you. Needless to say that finished me up on trying at that area, I called Mike shad Ford and the gentleman actually gave me credit advice and what I would need even without pulling any credit, so in a few months I should be getting myself a fairly new truck with just a small down payment.
