If you search dealer payoff scam, you'll find out all about it. They will NOT pay off a vehicle until you have made another payment. Why? Sweetens the deal for them, the deal you shook hands on isn't good enough. They know if you make another payment, the equity goes down, their profit goes up, less to pay off. I found out from GM Financial they called 6 times for a payoff! Why so many times? To see if the payoff figure went down!

I recently went here to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. The sales person I dealt with John Taylor, was very nice and helpful. I sat there for three hours waiting to go back to financing, in this time I asked the sales guy multiple times about the finance part to which he said he couldn’t answer. When I got back to finance to find out the numbers, I decided it was simply not a good investment the interest rate was outrageous. The “Manager” Paul Ferschke came back there to tell me what a wonderful deal this is and how he was doing me a favor. When I told him it’s just not going to work I wasn’t aware of this rate he got extremely nasty and rude like I had wasted his time. However if he would’ve told me this information when I asked THREE hours prior I would have left then! I told him I appreciated the help but it would just have to wait till I could get a better interest rate I did not feel comfortable with that deal. He just threw his hands in the air stood up and walked out. Then to add to his already rude attitude he proceeded to walk into the show room and announce why I wasn’t purchasing the vehicle to everyone. I planned on still getting the truck however I will never go back to Murray for anything due to Paul Ferschke.

They had an used vehicle offered for about $16,700; I got an edmunds' price promise of $16,400; when I called and made an appointment to see the car, during the call, after I mentioned the price promise, they said something like,' oh the used car manager purchased it just this morning.' Apparently, they don want to honor their Promised Price or even their advertised price. Well, two days later it was still being advertised on their webpage, but now at $18,500. I inquired again, and set an appointment, but then received a call back 5 minutes later, 'oh, that has been sold, I thought you meant the other Lexus. Good thing I double checked. Then when I asked about it being solded two days earlier, and now it was listed for even more, the sales person said, oh it must have been an error. Well, now 10 days later I saw that it still on there, but for $20,400. ??? How, what, when and where does this happen? It was offered for sale, not at auction. Something stinks at Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Starke.

after have been taken to the cleaners with a kia. I am very leery and frustrated toward dealers and sales people. Then went on online and found this great family and sweetest deals.They just made us feel like a family and talked with me and my wife through a lot of frustration and anger. they gave us a deal that was above board and explain without any hidden cost. they understood me and my wife. we left with a new 2015 caravan that was what we wanted.the payments were below what I was paying for my kia and the 15 year and 150000 mile warrantee and the gap and 5 year/100000 warrantee bumper to bumper was at 400.00 a month. thank you so much for now giving me the opportunity to be a part of the MURRAY family. I live in lake city and milage was not the factor buty the sale Mr.John Taylor di us right . o by the way my daughter bought a brand new 2016 jeep patriot her first time new car.:} one happy family member

I bought a 2010 challenger on the Internet . I picked the car up on a Saturday I noticed the car had a problem with the shifting in and out of gears and a howling sound. I called the salesman on his cell the next day and he told me he would take care of it on Monday. He told me to take it to a dealer near me. They told me the rearend and clutch was bad. The dealer said the rearennd was under warranty but the clutch was not. The salesman told me I have to pay for the clutch which is 1650.00 dollars. I would not recemend them.
