This has been the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and do business with this dealership, I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I bought a used 2012 Audi A 7 from this wonderful Dealership online without seeing it. Tim and his team made the buying extremely easy and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I got the car about a week after buying it as I was getting it shipped to South Carolina and the car was impeccable. All cars from this dealership come with 1000 mile warranty or 1 month. Had some issues with the car 45 days later which were diagnosed incorrectly from the Audi authorized dealership. Called Tim and I am glad he did as he covered the issues even though it was not his responsibility to do so. I will never buy another car from another dealership. They went above and beyond to help me and I am forever grateful. If there was a way to give it more stars I would. AAAA+++

She was very professional, her knowledge was outstanding, she did everything above and beyond to make my Cadillac shopping experience a smooth and pleasant one. SRX Great Car but Do Your Research

I can't be absolutely negative but I have to say do your research. I purchased a new 2013 SRX and asked several questions about the navigation system. I was misinformed that the system needed updates via DVD. The system, I discovered, updates itself periodically. What bother is is that as I did not have that information at the time of purchase; I was dissuaded from getting an SRX with navigation as persuaded that turn by turn navigation from OnStar--included for a year--was superior. Well it isn't and depending on it is like driving forward while looking through the rear view mirror. That aside, I have no real claim against the dealership per se; but I encourage any buyer to arrive informed and not to rely on "everything" they are told. In short this was a shame on me experience. Other than that, I am satisfied with the car but have doubts about a return purchase.
