Finding a car in a new car desert

Due to an untimely demise our our existing car, we desperately needed a new car and quickly! It took a bit of daring-do but the sales team found a car to meet most of our needs in one day! In this time of shortages everywhere, compromises are expected but our car need was satisfied!

This was not your typical sales approach. They actually listened and applied my input. They were extremely customer focused on the product and answered any and all questions and I never felt like they were too busy to work with me through the whole process. The focus was on customer service. I hope that when it is time for service the experience is the same.

Purchase of my 2022 Sonata

I worked with Chuck Stringham at Sarasota Gettle Hyundi for approximately 6 months prior to pullimg the trigger to purchase my new 2022 Sonata Lmtd. He was patient as I considered other options like the Tuscan and Santa Fe. Also, I was STUBBORN about wanting another white car BUT he found a beautiful metallic blue for me and I love this new color. He was helpful in showing me the functions and he has called if I need it. I enjoyed the experience and Chuck was wonderful amd professional all the way through it all!

When the car I came to purchase wasn't available he quickly found one that was in transit which ended up being the very car I wanted to begin with. Second Equus

This place is Fantastic! Sam S. in sales was phenomenal. After my first Equus was totaled, I bought my second Equus, sight unseen from Gettel. The car was beautiful, in better shape than my first. Before the car was shipped to me. They performed outstanding maintenance on the car. I mean this car was certified plus! They kept me informed on what they were doing to the car, and sent me pictures and a video. I will definitely buy from them again, when I get ready for my G90. Thanks so much again!

False advertising. Tried to get over 94k for a used G80. Lied to me on several occasions. Seems like this is Gettels way of doing business. 4 salesmen ganged up on me. Bought a G80 previously, great car. typical used car sales tactics at Gettel dealership
