Absolutely A WONDERFUL experience purchasing my used SUV from Ed Howard. Very pleased with the SUV. BUT what even more important is that Ed Howard is fair and honest dealer. THEY PLAY NO GAMES. They charge just one fee along with Tag/Title. Other dealers charge multiply fee on top of thier prices, $1000s of dollars. It took 8 trips into the dealership to get my trunk operational.!! you can decide from there........t cost me at least 100$ in gas!! although paid under warranty I am shocked that the repairmen had such a problem finding the reason and being able to fix it......the service lady did the best she good and the lady who kept up with it was great!! I was charged only the deductible but I felt I paid that in my time and fuel for 8- 25 minute trips to the dealership.

I am on vacation in Siesta, and wanted to change my oil before returning to Canada. I called the dealer to see if I needed an appt and was told I could come in that afternoon. Everyone I met while there was very polite and friendly, Travis was great, I had a nice conversation with him, and he made me feel very appreciated. Service was done quickly and I was on my way. I had a great experience at Ed Howard Lincoln, and plan to return there when I am here on vacation. Keep up the great work!!

Everything worked out as expected.(A real rarity these days) .Recall item taken care of. Servicing--oil change tire rotation, multi point inspection--done as expected and within the time frame. Our salesman, Jim Halas, was the best car salesman we have ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very careful to explain all of the features, for a very complicated vehicle. He also helped with setting up all the various options to suit us. The dealer in general was easy to deal with and helpful and polite. I strongly recommend Jim Halas and Ed Howard.
