Great Customer Service

Just bought our 2nd Infiniti from Sanford Infiniti in the last 15 months. Calvin was our Sales person and I would highly recommend you ask for him. They make the car buying experience a pleasant one. We could have purchased this recent car for a little less from another dealer, but felt that they were worth the difference. Service department is also very accommodating. I had an issue with wheel balance on original tires with the q70L i bought last year, and they made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction,, in fact they replaced the tires with new ones of my choice.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new QX 50. But even better,I met a salesman by the name of Chris Pham. Chris is an extraordinary young man who not only is quite competent at his job but truly cares for the customer. There is a little doubt in my mind that he will achieve great things in life because of his genuine customer focus. We like the car we bought and the total experience rated five stars because of Chris.

Sanford Infinity plus Arianne Pemberton what a great experience!!!

Not a frequent writer of reviews, but in this case I have made an exception. What an outstanding experience that my bride and I had at Sanford Infiniti as we purchased the QX60 from Arianne Pemberton. Wow, what a change in the shopping experience from all of the other dealerships that we visited all due to the outstanding customer service that Arianne provided. I manage sales people for a national company and it was refreshing to see a salesperson not just spew out features and benefits for me to figure it out I can read that stuff online. Arianne helped us sort through what was important to us, our lifestyle and how we were going to use the vehicle she then put us on the right vehicle. I mean we bought the first vehicle that she showed us! Now that is understanding your customer and knowing your inventory to put us in the right vehicle. Ariannes ability to understand my needs before making recommendations really made this a great experience unlike what I have been getting from other dealership. I wish to commend the dealership for creating such an atmosphere that sales people can help customers in this way and I would give Arianne 6 stars out of 5 stars for her ability not to sell me a vehicle but to match my wants/needs with the right vehicle. I would recommend Sanford Infiniti as a dealership for the entire buying experience and highly recommend Arianne Pemberton to buy a vehicle from she made this the best buying experience of a vehicle purchase in the 30 some years that I have been buying. Oh yea, she got us a great deal on the vehicle and top trade-in value for my vehicle.

Although my wife and I were thinking of trading in our Acura MDX, we weren't expecting to purchase a car yesterday when we walked in to Sanford Infiniti. We loved our Acura and were pretty certain we'd be buying another one. Until we walked in and met Chris Pham. An amazing young man who guided us through the various benefits of the QX60. His professional and cheery outlook coupled with a lack of high pressure made the entire experience a happy one. Steve Graham joined us for the final stages of securing financing and he too, was a pleasure to deal with. Sanford Infiniti is very lucky to have such consummate pros and anyone interested in a positive, non pressure experience should stop by.

Thanks to Chris and Sanford Infiniti! Chris Pham did an amazing job getting me into the G25 I was interested in from Sanford Infiniti. The staff is very knowledgeable and the entire process was smooth, relaxed and never overbearing. When the terms of the financing didnt come back satisfactorily from the lenders late in the evening on a Friday night Chris and the team at Sanford Infiniti negotiated an excellent deal for me early the next morning. the entire process was a joy and you can tell Chris and everyone at Sanford Infiniti really want to provide the customer complete satisfaction. Sanford Infiniti and especially Chris Pham made this the best auto buying experience Ive ever had. I will definitely be coming back to Chris at Sanford Infiniti for my next Infiniti and will be highly recommending them to anyone I know looking for a quality automobile and dealership.

Just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to Chad Carter and the management at Sanford Infiniti for helping me give my wife the vehicle she deserves. We were already familiar with the quality and luxury synonymous with the brand having owned one a few years back. What I was not familiar with was the effort that a sales consultant would exhaust to help us find the exact car we wanted for a price that we were very comfortable paying. My wife and I try to be exhaustive when it comes to researching our larger purchases. I was amazed how much more we were able to learn about the QX60 from Chad throughout the process. He was always courteous, never pushy, and willing to spend the time we needed (at least 4 visits to the dealership and two test drives) to make sure this was the right vehicle for us. Thanks Chad. Thanks Sanford Infiniti. See you again.

Horrible Experiene

This is by far the worst place I have been to look at cars. I had the the worst experience and will never be back and do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The sales agent, Danny, is the most unprofessional there is. He appears to try to scam and nickle and dime you for every penny. I found a car I wanted and wrote a check, signed some papers and was going to pick up the car the NEXT day - then I get a text the next day stating they messed up my payoff amount on my trade in and it would be an additional 4k. After I told him I had some concerns this is exactly what he texts me back: "srry my manager didn't see it. better now than later." and then "wow im surprised you didnt see it. oh well." Who says that?!?! Your manager and you did not do your job properly and I'm being faulted. Additionally, they told me my trade in was only worth 12k, but when I told them CarMax quoted me 13k they told me they would match that. The next day, they told me they couldn't budge and would only go up 12.5k. Then, when he told me about the additional 4k I needed for THEIR mistake, suddenly it goes up to 13k. This place is a scam. The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Please all be warned.
