Great car buying experience

We have done business with AutoNation Sanford on 3 different occassions and each time it's been one of the better car buying experiences. We bought an 2017 F-150 new, sold a van we no longer drove and most recently bought a used Jeep Cherokee. We wound up returning the Jeep and they definitely honor their 5-day reteurn policy with no questions asked. In our case there were some issues that couldn't get resolved with the vehicle but never did we feel pressured to keep it. We'd certainly go back in the future as while price is important so is standing behind and honoring promises to the customer. If you're in the market for a new or used car please do seriously consider AutoNation Sanford you won't be disappointed.

All I needed was a recall service but the staff got me right in before my appointment time, drove me home so I could work instead of wait there, then brought my fully washed car to me when it was finished 3.5 hours before they estimated. Great people here!

Good service but mediocre follow up

I have nothing but good things to say about my recent service, however my advisor was not very responsive to email or text messages (I had the same problem last time with a different advisor). I would think that giving out a number for text messages carries the implication that they will be read and responded to on a timely basis. I placed a parts order at the time of service (about 10 days ago) and have heard nothing although I was promised a call when the parts were in.
