I had the perfect buying experience,Sam Wright was the man. He stayed with me from the beginning to the end. He made sure the sale was completely what I wanted. There was no pressure. I will be back when the time comes again. Whether it's your first time or not Sam Wright is the person to see.

I had a great experience at Crown Mitsubishi. Car shopping can be fun and stressful and I really have to say Sam Wright came through, he promised he would do everything he could to make thing easy and stress free and he did. I had my 18 year old daughter with me and he kept her amused as well.I would recommend Crown Mitsubishi and Sam Wright to everyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Ian Ure at Crown Mitsubishi while looking for a replacement car for my totaled Sebring. Mr. Ure was very knowledgeable and spent hours with me working through concerns and finance options. I left Crown with a great car and was extremely satisfied with the service I received!!! My daughter was in need of a van to transport her large family. Our experience at Crown Mitsubishi was remarkable. From the initial visit with Ian Ure and the day we purchased it from Sam Wright, the experience was outstanding. As a father it is important that my daughter and grandchildren were able to get the best vehicle possible. I appreciate the willingness of the Sales Manager to work with her limited budget. In the end, we both won by making the deal work. I commend these folks from the front end of the process to the very end. Job well done!

Had a great experience with Ian Ure at Crown! He was friendly, knowledgable, helpful, respectful and most-importantly perhaps, not pushy. He helped me weigh my options and never talked down me, despite my lack of knowledge. As a first-time car buyer I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but Ian made me feel comfortable immediately. It's only been a few days, but I absolutely love my new (to me) 2013 Kia Soul and I'm grateful to Ian and the other folks at Crown for walking me through the process. Thanks guys!

If you come here, ask for Ian to be your sales representative. He is very knowledgeable, and makes the whole process very easy and low pressure. One of the few car salesmen that I have worked with that I truly felt was looking out for my needs as much as the dealerships. Amazing to work with.

I just love my new Mitsubishi Outlander what a great SUV for the price and the service I received was a wonderful experience. I could actually enjoy my buying experience not a pushing sales person and no haggeling on pricing. I paid a fair price and was out the door without the stress of a long drawn out day. Who says customer service does not exist in the 21st century? When I purchased my new car, I experienced beyond exceptional customer service from Sam Wright. He was not the typical salesman with pressure tactics. In fact, he delivered amazing service from start to finish. He was detailed, stayed in contact and followed up, and provided personalized attention every step of the way. Those were the qualities that won me over and caused me to make a purchase. I am happy with my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. More important, I am pleased with the excellent customer service Sam Wright gave. Thank you Sam. You are a winner!

Went in to get a new car had had the best experience. It was hard giving up my favorite car and thought it would be also tough because of my challenging credit but the Sales Rep Craig Osorio made everything easy and amazing everything was fast and he really made me feel like family and not a customer put me in something affordable and something I liked

Well first of all I want to thanks , the Crown Mitsubishi team because the care provided was 5 stars by Sam Wright Sales Consultant which was always positive and willing to do everything possible to help make the purchase and take the best numbers to bring to the deal , just as I thank the Sales Manager,and Nathan Draus the Finance Manager for their care and service to make everything possible. The amazing thing is I did not have in mind to go to buy the vehicle just see it, and end up making a purchase of dreams to buy a limited edition vehicle (Evolution X Final Edition) . Sam Wright - Above and Beyond

I had been searching for over a month looking at 3 particular models and when I saw a car that met my parameters at Crown Mitsubishi I called to find out it's availability and was connected with Sam. We spoke for a few moments and I advised him I would be able to stop by later that day. When we arrived, Sam had the car out front for us already. We spent over an hour going over the car and test driving it and Sam was not only knowledgeable about this vehicle (which wasn't a car that this dealership regularly sold) but was most helpful in sharing general car buying information that was helpful to my daughter. I told Sam we had other cars to look at and he was considerate of that whereas at other dealerships we visited when we told the salesman that we were still looking they became more aggressive in trying to buy their car. When the car that we were looking at Sam called and advised that it was sold but would keep an eye out for us and call if anything else came in that met our need. Which he did. We did end up purchasing a car at another dealer, but only because it was the car that met our requirements and needs and not because of either the dealer or the salesperson. I greatly appreciated the time that Sam took to spend with us and the knowledge he shared. When I'm needing to get another car, Sam will be one of the first persons I would call to help me find my next car.

I just bought my Kia Sorento on 11/3/15. This was the BEST experience I have ever had with buying a car. Sam Wright is an amazing person, and Sales & Leasing Consultant! Not at any time during my visit there did I feel any kind of pressure. They looked and found such a good deal for myself and my family. I recently purchased a new 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and could not be happier with the experience! Sam Wright guided me through the entire process, searching for perfect vehicle, options, financing and everything. He took the time to actively listen to my needs in a vehicle, gave me the options I was looking for and assisted me in obtaining financing and an excellent trade in for my old vehicle. After shopping what seemed to be every car dealership in town and dealing with a couple of good (mostly bad) salespeople, we made an appointment at Crown Mitsubishi. We were fortunate enough to get Sam Wright! He had a car ready to drive, provided us with information about Mitsubishi, the Outlander Sport, and made sure we found the color and features we wanted - plus some - and guess what... We have a 2015 Outlander Sport and we leased it at LESS that we had planned on spending! Not only did Sam meet our expectations, he went so far beyond, we were stunned! And, I can tell you - I am the last person that thought they would write good things about car sales! Anyone looking for a SUV needs to check out the Outlander Sport SE - absolutely the most bang for the buck! And - ask for Sam Wright for the best car buying experience you could have!
