Left tagless

Bought a used vehicle on 3/30 & was charged $199 electronic filing fee which was to cover electronic filing for registration, title and tag so that they could give me a new tag that day (no old tag/no trade). Paid in full, finished paperwork and then told system was down so here's a temp tag, we'll fedex the new tag when done. 4 weeks later no tag still, temp tag expired & AN doesn't respond to emails, texts & phone calls. Left detailed VM for Bruce Heath, GM who was in but unavailable when I called but still no response.

Upgrades for my 23 Bronco Outer Banks

Trevor in service has been so awsome helping me with getting my upgrades ordered ( tires/wheels, exhaust, tow package, fender flares) to just name a few. Then there is Nate the mechanic, who has had to put up with me wanting to see everyting as it has been done. And then Micky my service advisor who keeps me updated to what is getting done each time i have a new item to be put on. Thank you to everyone for helping make our 23 Outer Banks very special for us. Good dealership

My wife and I stopped in to look at a used vehicle with Justin G. as my salesperson. I generally do not enjoy the car purchasing process. Justin did a great job showing us the vehicle and making the process a pleasant experience. We decided we liked the car and wanted to purchase it with a trade-in. We negotiated with the trade-in and eventually agreed on a fair price. This was not a high-pressure, contentious negotiation in any way, which I appreciated. The same was true after we agreed on the price and opted to not get any warranty, etc. The whole process was done well as the dealership displayed an element of class that you don't always see. The whole process was very positive due to the people involved and how the dealership conducts business. I will go there again for future purchases.

Best Car Buying Experience to Date

Went to Auto Nation to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter. Wanted something as close to new as possible. They had just the vehicle I was looking for. They didn't push me towards something I didn't want, but focused squarely on what I was looking for. The transaction could not have been better. Even with some credit challenges, I was done and out in a couple of hours. Everyone from the Salesperson, (Ahmed) to the Finance Director, made this the most stress-free car buying experience I've had in 35 years.

Hooked me up

Was interested in truck onlne. I inquired and was contacted by Art, who answered all my questions quickly. However, before I could get down to the dealership the truck sold! About a week later Art reached out to to notify me that the sale fell through and if I was still interested. I was, went down to the dealership and took a look and bought the truck. I thought it impressive that Art kept me in mind and reached out when the sale fell through with the initial buyer.

Made appointment through the Ford app and everything was ready when I got there. I specifically asked for service with full synthetic oil and it was already on my work order. Great attention to detail and I was back in my Expedition within a few hours.

Great service

Went in for oil change and recall was able to get the oil change done but will have to schedule the recall for a later day. The advisor was very nice and told I would be put on a list for a loaner car since I would have to leave my car overnight for the recall. I was not offered this service and I have been trying to get this done since it happened. Thanks Mickie

WINDSHIELD REPLACMENT AND SERVICE

I scheduled service for a windshield replacement and a couple small items . Was told it would take a few weeks for windshield to come in. so scheduled accordingly . Dropped car, told might be done same day. Could not get updates asked for daily. 3 days later service manager called said they don't normally do windshields and they did not order one. He was not aware of some of the other items that were supposed to be checked out. 6 days later picked up car.Is there a rating I can give less than one star? Previous/y bought cars from sales department. They were a 1 star as well . I now drive to a Ford dealer an hour further which is faster over all on purchase day than using them 15 minutes from my house.

Horrible Service Dept

Let me start by saying Micky in the service dept is top notch and super great to work with. It seems that her hands are tied with the processes and resources the dealership has. First off, I had to drive over to the dealership just to get an appointment for an oil change and keypad problem. When I checked out, I also asked my service manager to look into what it would take to replace my windshield and that I'd bring it back in for that. Then I drove my Bronco back for the appointment and left it after being told it would be a couple days. I called after a few days to check on my truck, couldn't get anyone to call me back so I had to drive back over to the dealership for them to tell me to come back in a few more days. Then I had to keep calling after a few days to find out that my truck was finally ready. When I finally picked up my truck, I asked my service manager if he had the info for my windshield replacement. He had no idea what I was talking about, so I stood at his desk for 20 mins while he searched for any recollection only for him to tell me he had lost all my paperwork. So, all in all, I made 3 trips to and from the dealership and didn't have a vehicle for over a week for an oil change and keypad fix not to mention countless time on the phone trying to get my vehicle back. I also ended up having to have my windshield replaced by another company. This is isn't the only experience I had like this. I then had to drive back over to the dealership (because I can't get anyone on the phone) to get my truck in to have the doors adjusted as they were rubbing the fenders (out of the factory). I told them I was going on a week long cruise the following week and asked if they could take care of the issue while I was on the cruise so that I'd have my vehicle back when I returned. They said yes, that's perfect, bring it in. I took it in before leaving for my cruise, then the last day of my cruise I called in and had to leave a message with the receptionist asking for a call back. Never received a call back, waited a day then called two more times before finally getting a call back another day later. The guy then told me that it would be AT LEAST a few more days. I think it ended up being 2-3 more days. So I go over to pick it up. The doors had been adjusted, but the touch up paint had not been done. The job wasn't even finished but I was told I would need to bring it back the following week to leave it for paint touch up. I asked how long that would take and they said at least a week. So, I haven't been able to be without my vehicle for more than a week again, so my touch up paint hasn't been done.
