We had been to numerous dealerships. At Kisselback, we were greeted immediately. When we told the salesman what we were looking for, that is exactly what we were shown. There was no persuading to buy something else. The salesman listened to what our needs were. We still weren't sure what we were going to do, so we told the salesman that we had to think about it. No pressure!!! We did end up purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from Jack. There was absolutely NO pressure and he was very patient and understanding. Never were we "upsold" to something that we didn't want or need. This was honestly the best car buying experience that we've had. We will 100% purchase our next vehicle from Kisselback Ford.

Once again, I chose Kisselback Ford for my new car needs. As has been the case every time, I was thrilled with the service I received. David was incredibly helpful and had me in a new vehicle in under 3 hours. Hats off to David and the whole Kisselback team. Would never dream of going anywhere else.

My wife and I took our daughter searching for her first car and checked out at least 15 dealerships in Central Florida. Our daughter narrowed her search to a Ford Focus and decided to check out Kisselback Ford in Saint Cloud. What a pleasant surprise to all of us. Jack Pate who works at the used lot was nothing but professional and understanding on what we were looking for. With a nice selection of vehicles on the lot our daughter found her car. Jack put a plate on the vehicle and told us to take our time driving the car around. She loved it and decided it was what she was looking for. The vehicle was reasonably priced and came with a 3000 mile/90 day warranty. We highly recommend Kisselback Ford and will definitely buy from them in the future.

Pleasant Experience buying a car

A little over a year ago, I bought a beautiful used 2013 graphite gray Dodge Challenger with the Rallye Redline appearance. My sales rep was Zach Mangum (not Magnum, lol). He was very professional and not at all pushy. The car was in excellent condition (whoever owned it before obviously took great care of it) and priced within Blue Book range. I got an additional discount I had requested (reasonable) and joyously took my new car home. I would do business with Zach again. i felt I was well treated and respected.

purchasing a used vehicle

We didn't plan on purchasing a car yesterday. We found a car that was the type we wanted and had features we wanted. After driving it and having good sales personel answer questions, we thought we might want to buy it. Everyone was curteous and friendly and helpful. Our sales person, Kari Rojas, was very helpful although she was new, she had good training and wasn't shy about getting answers if she wasn't 100% sure of the answer. We felt very comfortable with her. The insurance person was very helpful, Jean. We like knowing we will have a local agent. And the last person who helped us with the paper work was Tammy, I think. She knew what she was doing and helped all that paper work go smoothly. And other people we came in contact with us thanked us for shopping at Kisselback. The one lady manager who helped us with our trade-in (can't remember her name) was good at answering questions also and was helpful with the trade-in of our old car. It was a good experience all around.

Wow just WOW! I reached out to Vickie albertson several month ago, looking for a blackon black Ford F-350. She stayed in contact with me for over 4/5 months. I figured after a few weeks most of the sales people I contacted had given up on me and my search. However VICKIE DID NOT. I was literally about to buy a black F-250 in Apopka when she called me and said "I have a truck for you!" At first I figured it was another 250 as no f350's with my price range and color were availble. She found my truck and was very patient. BELIEVE ME my wife and I are not easy. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in and I couldn't be happier. Dwayne the sales manager went above and beyond what was expected and I took my truck over to Todds truck and tint to get my custom wheels put on. They were amazing. Specially Vickie. I highly recommend her and kisselback ford. Again I'm grateful she didn't give up on me and helped me find my truck :)

Zack Mangum at Kisselback Ford was a great help in finding a car that would be a perfect fit for my mother's needs. He listened carefully in my phone conversation with him a few days prior to our arrival as I explained what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was very attentive to my mother while we were there, speaking directly to her rather than speaking over her to me - very respectful. Never pushy, gave us our space when we needed to discuss things, and was very knowledgeable and straightforward in answering our questions - all things that we greatly appreciate. Will definitely be consulting with Zack as we move toward purchasing another vehicle for ourselves.

I drove 40 miles to this dealership from my home, I would have driven 80 miles. Rob my salesman was polite, respectful and professional. Got the new vehicle I wanted. No pressure sales! I just went through the easiest new car buy ever!! Through a web search I found the car I would like and was contacted by Kim Hilley. Through a few conversations we were not able to get the price to where I wanted it. The next day she was able to find the car to meet my need. Vicky Albertson took over and making sure I was comfortable with the car and the price. I set-up an appointment, when I walked in the front door Vicky was there to meet me. Everything was very smooth, step by step Vicky was very friendly and walked me through everything that needed to get done including covering all the details of the car. I visited Kisselback Ford to look at the 2016 close out trucks they had for sale. My sales person Vickie Albertson was very friendly and helpful in my search. She showed me vehicles close to my price range that I wanted and provide great service. She answered all my questions and showed me how to use the many functions in the truck. This is the second vehicle I bought from Kisselback and I have to say the experience was great. My salesperson was Vicki and she was wonderful. She didn't pressure me and was able to answer all of my questions. She also has great follow through. I had some service that needed to be done to the vehicle and she made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. If you are going to purchase a new Ford (which I recommend) go to Kisselback and see Vicki you will be glad you did. I am one very satisfied customer. Brenda Schold

We recently purchased our F150 and Zachary Magnum was our sales rep. Even though we found the truck we wanted prior to arriving, the dealer web site was very detailed and specific enough for us to take a chance and drive an hour to visit this dealership. When we arrived the atmosphere was very family oriented and without the "mega" dealer feel, which is great as we want the experience to be genuine and not to be scripted. Zach was an outstanding sales rep and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product, which is rare in most dealerships. The purchase process took a little longer than I would like to have, however the outcome was fair and reasonable for all involved and thankful no rush tactics were used. Zach is a true professional and had a lot of patience and thoroughness of pricing details. Tammy was our financial agent and she also did a great job to not be scripted or robotic. I enjoyed having friendly conversation while signing paperwork and overall felt the experience would lead me to want to come back for post service work and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family.

Kisselback Ford is genuinely friendly and completely honest, throughout the complete process. Sean Echevarria is a great Ford professional who treated my entire family with respect and walked us through every option and even gave us his personal opinions, which helped us decide on our Certified Pre-Owned.
