I have to give Atlantic Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep top rating!!! My salesman, Armen Difilippo, went above and beyond to make my dream come true!! Actually everyone there was extremely professional, personable, and helpful!!! They were great!! Armen responded quickly back to me every time I texted, called, and emailed He even responded on his time off!! He’s the best salesman I’ve ever had. I feel as though he’s family!!

Once we found a truck there was no pressure, no bait and switch, and none of the nonsense I dread when buying a car. As soon as we arrived, our salesman Blake greeted us with a no pressure welcome and asked if we needed help. He showed us what we were interested in, was extremely knowledgeable about all the different packages available and pros and cons of the car we were interested in and he was very concerned about matching us with a car that met our needs. Once we picked our car, the buying process was faster and more pleasurable than any we've experienced. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and genuine. This is the first time I didn't feel abused after buying a new car. Todd(my salesman) actually listen to what I needed and didn't try to get me to accept a payment higher than I could afford. He was very respectful and courtious to me and my needs. After being informed that my current truck needed extensive repairs (and expensive) Todd was able to get me in a new Ram for less than my current payment. The whole process from initial contact with Todd to signing the paerwork with Pam was less than 1 1/2 hours. When we went to sign the paperwork Pam(Finance) informed me that she had actually gotten my interest rate considerably lower that what I was first given.(Did the happy dance there). I have never spent less than 4 hours at a dealer before. I have been a customer of the Service Department for several years and they have always taken very good care of me and my trucks. I had originally visited the big Dodge dealer in Jacksonville thinking that to get the best deal I had to go to the big dealer, how wrong I was. I wasted 4 hours of my day only to be insulted and disrepected. If you want personal attention and the best deal without wasting your whole day, Then I would suggest you visitic Atlantic Dodge first, and it will be your only stop!

Everyone (sales, financing, detailer) stayed 2 hours past closing to get us our new Jeeps (we bought 2!)... We will be back when time to buy again!!!
