onEveryone we met was cordial and welcoming. Previous experiences with other dealers were overwhelmingly unpleasant and highly stressful, enough to make us walk out . Our consultant Rodrigo was extremely knowledgeable, cordial, and most importantly.. listened to what I was looking for. He was able to secure the exact car I wanted. We feel we got a fair price Everyone, from Rodrigo , to the manager and the finance manager were easy and cordial to deal with. It is by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car.
flat tire to happy day

onI came in with a flat tire. I had an appointment the next day for an oil change. Aaron suggested that I have the oil change done as well so I didn't have to come back the next day. He checked to make sure they could do it and they could!!! Everyone there treated me so nicely.

onThe management worked diligent with me to assist me in making my purchase. I asked if they could give me three estimates on three vehicles and they did exactly that. Will, my salesman was awesome. The experience has been just as it has the last purchase/lease for my last four vehicles at Ed Morse. Everyone, including the finance manager, has also been outstanding. I am extremely extremely happy with Ed Morse. I have been there for 10 years leasing vehicles, multiple vehicles. The last time I was at Ed Morse for Customer Service was also extremely well they knew right away what the problem was with the car and took care of it immediately I was in and out of there as usual in no time at all.
