I don't think I'd ever experience a dealership like Subaru of Port Richey, since I bought my first car from them in 2014 and another in 2020, it has been nothing but ownership pleasure. I rate Subaru of Port Richey one of the best car dealers in Florida.

The collision department was excellent. Ascent only had 3500 miles when someone hit and left. They restored it to original condition and kept us appraised of all the work they were doing.

Salesperson was thorough, but the dealership would not honor the lease deal listed here on Edmunds for their car. I supplied the deal and vehicle VIN, they even confirmed it was available before talking numbers. I'm very disappointed.

A mans man

My husband and I went to this dealership with low expectations you know car dealership, sales people lots of BS, but not here. There is a great General Manager and his name is Larry Spencer. With his help and a super sales person (Todd Cross) we got a car and mother and father got one to. He is a nice and honest man, lets you know the best he can do, and can he make deals. So if you need a nice used or new car this is your place. Mr. Lokey has a great team and he should be proud. And Subaru's are a great. And he even invited us to eat (Olive Garden), he even makes you feel like car shopping isn't that bad.

My wife and I decided to get me a better used car . We went to Lokey Subaru with my in laws, Todd Cross got us a great deal, so much of a good deal my mother and father- in -law bought a new Subaru and let me tell Mr. Lokey and staff what a nice and friendly day it was as Larry Spencer even invited us to eat (Olive Garden). So if you ever need a new or used car this is the place to go. Mr. Lokey should be proud of the fine work Todd Cross does, as I have never seen someone as he spend so much time with you to get things right. So to Todd glad you where our salesman and we got 2 great cars from a very nice dealership

I came in really upside down on what i owed on my car and i was trying to buy a pick up truck. I've been to other dealerships who told me to not bother i owed too much. Then i went to Subaru of Port Richey. Spoke with Brian Fitzpatrick about what i wanted and what i was looking to pay per month. He listened, found the truck that would fit my needs and actually got it done. He was great to work with, stayed late helped me clean out my car after the sale. Brian went above and beyond. The finance manager was outstanding also. He got the price where i needed it and even got extra warranty coverage on the 2018 Chevy Silverado i purchased. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Brian to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru or a used car or truck!

I purchased a used car with a 30k miles on it and a clean Car Fax report. After driving away, there have been various indications that were not evident during test drive that are surfacing, and should have been caught during a dealer's pre-inspection. From a leaky engine motor mount, to the latest being that the car was in an accident someone tried to cover up. I've communicated with my sales person (Shevon), sent emails, and getting absolutely no support. I guess Subaru doesn't have good standards for their dealers, and I feel cheated.

Unfortunately, my year old car had a big issue. The Air conditioning fan and motor went bad. I was quite upset that a practically brand new car already needed such a big fix. They had my car for 5 days. Some excuse that the part was delivered to a different dealership. They did get us a rental, which helped a lot ! I would have appreciated if they had fixed my car and returned it in good condition. You would think they could have washed and vacuumed it. That's called customer service. Instead, I recieved a big scratch (looks like it was keyed) on the passenger's side. I have been spoiled by Hyundai. They have excellent customer service. My car was always cleaned inside and out , no matter if it was just an oil change. I never had any issue with my Hyundai's. Subaru's showroom and waiting area needs help. It is run down and awful ! Bathrooms are disgusting. They are not that busy. I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and rotation. They were suppose to wash , vaccum, tires and wipe the inside down....waited 2 hours...got the car. It was hosed down, not washed. No tires done, no vaccum , no inside wipe. All I got from the service manager....ummmm....sorry. What ? Really? Very sorry I purchased a Subabru. This was my first and last time.
