The best part of the experience was the finance office. I came with a draft (pre-approval) letter from a bank that I have used for over 30 years. Kevin and Mike worked together to give me a better deal than my credit union. Unbelievable! I am truly grateful. I haven’t had a car payment in over 7 years, I came in knowing what I wanted and they gave me more.

Reasonable dealer fee!

We recently purchased a used 2022 Hyundai Tucson from AutoNation Cadillac of Port Richey. The whole experience was pleasant and went smoothly. After finding a car I was interested in, I called the dealership and asked how much they inflate the online price with dealer fees. (My husband and I had been elsewhere that day and had had a dealership add over $6,000 in fees to the price I saw online!) Matt David was our contact, and he explained that they have only one fee (less than $1,000). He went with us to drive the car and answered all of our questions (especially about new-to-us tech) without making us feel dumb. He checked for recalls using the Tucson's VIN number, and he transferred our license plate, etc. He was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend him to others who are looking for a car. We also had a pleasant experience with Nikole Uccello, the Finance Manager, who got all of our paperwork in order. She was efficient and professional and even threw in four free oil changes! (We've heard good reports on the service department at this dealership.) AutoNation Cadillac of Port Richey treats customers well!

Very happy Auto Nation Caddlic / my service advisor Jen was able to get me in for service on short notice. Only an oil change at this time however they also did a multi point inspection and Zach my maintenance person pointed out a few things that need attention soon.

Excellent Experience

My experience was a breeze at this dealership. I've been looking for the perfect car since May, and have been so disappointed in the high pressure salespeople...cars that never existed...and deals that weren't as promised. Jacklyn was helpful when I first expressed interest in the Volvo, but let me do things on my timeline. Although she wasn't able to be available when I came to visit, she asked me to look for Kevin and assured the car would be waiting for me. Kevin and Jacklyn worked to make everything easy. I drove a 25 year old Mercedes and am admittedly tech lacking. They both took time to help me with the new magic. Got a very fair price, Kevin was there to make my wishes come through. Jacklyn delivered to my home. I thought that was it...until Jacklyn checked back in with me yesterday. I told her the "passenger airbags off" light was showing, and I would have to take care of that. I had already called Volvo and was told I'd probably need to take the car to a dealer. Called the dealer who said probably needs diagnostics. Jacklyn realized there is nothing wrong with the car....just needs a passenger for the system to acknowledge need for airbags!!!!!!!!!!!

Cadillac XT4

I had been looking on you tube for over a month for a possible new SUV. I was able to look at different car brands and find likes and dislikes. Mostly I do not like a touch screen just stuck on top of the dash. I happened to see the dash of a new 2024 XT4, and had to actually see one. I went on line and AutoNation had new XT4's in stock. So I told my wife we are only going to look, not buy. The car is gorgeous. Took one for a drive, very nice !!! The salesman took us in his office, and after a little negotiation we did end up buying a new XT4. Everyone was so friendly, and they bent over backwards to make a deal we were happy with. I will defiantly go back there when I am in the market for another new SUV.

Bad Day At AutoNation

It Was Extremely Bad, The Absolute Worst Experience I've Ever Had With A Car Dealership! I'm Pretty Sure This Isn't The Standard For Cadillac, Because If It Is Cadillac Could Care Less About Their Customers. I'm About An Hour Away From The Facility In Wesley Chapel Not Very Familiar With Tge Area I'm From Chicago And Moved To Florida Not long ago i made an appointment(8:00am) multiple days prior to my arrival my vehicle was the 3rd car in the bay as soon as the facility opened. After dealing with the gentlemen who accepted my vehicle because of my check engine light was on, he confirmed my car was was under the bulletin heading of "special coverage adjustment n202324990 evaporative emissions pump purge" i gues that must be a signal for put those cars to the back of the line. I proceeded to go to waiting area where i was then approached by the same representative who accepted my vehicle and was informed that i could be given a ride home until the vehicle was finished. Which i accepted the ride home then attempted to wait until contacted for further information. After about 4 and half possibly 5 hours(2:00pm or 2:30pm) i became impatient with the lack of communication as far as the status of my car, so i reached out only to be informed that my car hadn't been looked at or diagnosed. I was then told to wait another 30min to an hr and they would have an answer for me so i did. after about 30min the representative informed me that they would not be able to look at my vehicle until the next day meaning i would not have a car for the rest of the day and left with an unknown status for the next day in addition to the fact they had no loaners available. There was no way i could even possibly make it to the facility during rush hour in enough to retrieve my vehicle meaning i would be without transportation for the rest of the day. i had already taken that day off to come in and have the vehicle looked at now i had no choice but take a 2nd day off of work. While mad i stated to the representative that they are inconveniencing me greatly unfortunately he had no answers, so i just stopped trying to get him to see my view point. The next day i reached out early at approximately 8:00am to see what will be the order of operation for the day pertaining to the vehicle and was informed they would be looking at the vehicle right away and will get me an answer as soon as possible. At about 11:30am or maybe 12:00pm i get a phone call from the representative informing me that they are unable to fix the vehicle at the moment because the part is on back order(meaning i would have to take off another day of work to come back and get it done) i can pick the vehicle up but if i need a transportation pickup i would have to wait another 2 hrs in order to have them accommodate me because of the distance. I reluctantly took an $56 uber to get there to get my car. while picking up my vehicle i was informed that in about 2 weeks i would be contacted about the part, and the status of when i will be able to bring my vehicle in for the maintenance i still haven't heard anything and its 9/28/2023. is cadillac this bad? I'm sorry this was totally a failure i know dealerships are in the business of making money but if the repair is on the dealer is this how customers are treated? I mean i did get my air filter replaced if its about money i did spend something. I'm still waiting to hear something from the representative hopefully my next experience is a lot better. This cannot be the standard of business for cadillac. No communication, delayed information, lack of resources, unorganized operation, and nonchalance towards me spending my own money to come retrieve my vehicle that hadn't been repaired. This a shame and a disgrace.

A mixed review…

My experience buying my Odyssey through AutoNation Cadillac was a mixed bag. Marty was very pleasant to work with through the whole experience - responsive and down to earth. Mine was a long distance purchase, and he was great at communicating and answering my many questions in a timely manner. After some negotiating, the dealership also covered the cost of replacing the timing belt and water pump (which was due) before I drove it off the lot. Unfortunately, however, once I flew down with the intention of buying the van, I discovered that its condition was not what I had been led to believe based on the answers they gave me in response to some very specific questions. It was a smoker’s vehicle when they told me it was a non-smoker’s, there were tears and loose leather in the doors’ armrests, a broken sunshade, and cup holders with worn and broken flaps. After extensive negotiation, I was happy that they adjusted the price to account for having those fixed when I returned home. Then, on the drive back to MA, I tried to check the oil only to find that there was no support rod to hold up the hood. In addition, the car was pulsating when I applied the brakes. I had my mechanic at home check over the car and he found that the front rotors were warped, a fix that will cost me at least $500. I have yet to let the dealership know about the brake rotors. Hopefully they will be open to standing behind that fix as they finally did the others. Again, the experience was a mixed bag. The people (in particular, Marty) were very pleasant to work with and cooperative. What was lacking was attention to detail and follow through with ensuring that the vehicle they were selling was as described as well as in shape to be safely driven off the lot.

Maintenance Service

I scheduled service for my 2017 Colorado, for oil change. Jen the service associate called and verified appt. When I got there she was on top of everything.
