We would highly recommend Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City. In fact, we already recommended them to our family members, even though the dealership is an hour away. Our experience was fabulous for a car dealership. Evelio was our sales contact. He was great!...not your typical used car salesman. He was courteous, interested in what was important to us in a vehicle, and very helpful...not pushy at all. We never felt pressured that we 'must buy now'. Jeff, the sales manager, was also very helpful and worked with us on the price. The finance went smooth too. Alex, the finance manager, helped us get the best package that met our needs. We felt valued, as though we were all on the same team. Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City is a dealership you want to check out if you are looking for a vehicle. They treat you well. We will definitely be going back for our future car needs.

A big thank you to Alex Morphew and Jarrett Scott Ford. We weren't sure what we were looking for, Alex showed us several vehicles to start with. We chose the 2019 Explorer. Alex made sure to find us the exact color and options in the Explorer that we chose. Alex made sure we got a great deal and buying a new car was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend going to Jarrett Scott Ford in Plant City and be sure to ask for Alex Morphew.

I recently purchased a used 2013 Chevy Malibu from Julio Vazquez in sales. Past experience at other dealerships was never something to look forward to. Julio was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone at the dealership was also friendly and pleasant to work with. I purchased a used Chevy for my daughter there yesterday. Michael Shelburn did a great job working with us. The vehicle was priced well under vehicle guides and there were no pressure tactics applied. Everyone was friendly and courteous and the paperwork was quick. It was a simple, easy, hassle free experience. I highly recommend Michael and Jarrett-Scott.

Jarrett-Scott Ford was by far the best car dealership I've dealt with. Everyone I worked with was fantastic. My Salesman Chad Stephens was great - no pressure and straightforward. The Sales Manager, Chaun, was a rare breed in that position. I've bought numerous cars and every prior Sales Manager I've come across gives the same typical car sales jargon when talking numbers. Not Chaun. He was very respectful and straightforward, while doing everything he could to get the best numbers possible for not only the price of the new car but also for the trade. Once the deal was signed, financing was a breeze and I was in and out quickly and the gentleman in Finance was just as pleasant to work with. Every person I dealt with at Jarrett-Scott was fantastic. I've bought from another Ford dealer in the Tampa area in the past and the experience was awful. If you're buying a new Ford, or even a used vehicle, save yourself a bunch of headaches and visit Jarrett-Scott Ford in Plant City! Go see Chad & Chaun. Best in the business. You'll drive away happy in your new ride.

On Thursday November 8th my wife and I visited Jarrett Scott Ford. We were in the market for a little larger vehicle. We met with Dave Sooley the salesman I have always delt with when buying cars at Jarrett Scott Ford. This was my 4th vehicle from there and each time I have had the pleasure of having Dave as our salesman. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and has a great sense to humor. He worked very hard to get us 8n the vehicle we wanted.if you are in the market for a vehicle. See Dave Sooley at Jarrett Scott Ford. He will git er done.

If I could give the service department zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional and rude service techs Ive ever dealt with. A friend of mine called to schedule an appointment and was told to bring my tuck up there now and it would be about 30 minutes. When we got there we were told an hour and half. Then the price changed from $25 for oil change and tire rotation (which is what my friend just paid a week ago) to $40. They tried to say that my friend only got an oil change. After calling my friend in front of them he said that he did get a tire rotation and that he watched them rotate the tires. While speaking with Mark a supervisor and explaining the situation he responded I have a bay open do you want your oil changed or not. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with the service department. Of course the sales department is going to go out of their way to be accommodating and nice until you buy the vehicle. Just take your vehicle to a different dealership for service. From now on I will only take my vehicles to Brandon Ford. Ive never had a problem with Brandon Ford and they treat their customers with respect.

Tried to set an appointment for service, they could NOT find my cars records, although I only have them service my vehicle, also they could NOT give me the weight oil I wanted ..... very poor service advisor, probably WILL NOT do any more business with them. I had trouble with them ,before, and I thought they had changed .... apparently not. I'll go elsewhere.... too bad....

Mike Shelburn was our salesman and we had been in contact with him several weeks ahead of our lease term date. We told him what we were looking for in our next vehicle and scheduled a date to come in. We were in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours even signing Finance papers. Great dealership and great people. Been a customer since 2004.
