I have to compliment Dimmitt Cadillac on the AMAZING customer service I received from your team at Dimmitt Cadillac, St.Pete. Rob Gannon went above and beyond anything my husband and I could have ever imagined !! We were SO IMPRESSED with the professionalism and kindness we received from Rob Gannon and his staff. Never have I seen anyone go so out of his way to make sure that we were 110% happy and satisfied with our decision in buying our “new“ used car. Thank You so very much for having someone like Rob at your dealership to help indecisive people like me feel comfortable with their decision. The sales team - especially Deniz Alkar -who assisted in every way possible to make the whole process comfortable for me at a very stressful and indecisive time, were also exceptional and outstanding ! We recently purchased a pre-owned SRX. From a previous experience, I had always said I would not step foot in a car dealership ever again. Dimmitt Cadillac changed my mind. Deniz Alkar of Dimmitt was more than helpful to point out all of the features of the car, and was a pure gentleman. There was no high pressure or double talk. I came away with a new opinion of working with a dealership and will work with Deniz in the future. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience.

Have to say this woman had a Used Car Ethic is stating it mildly.Before I sat down the words out of her mouth to all my inquiries was "Yes". Fell flat on two very important "Yes/Sures".#1 Ordered optional rims,and#2. Specially asked numerous times for a Professional Paint Sealer. Nothing!! Went to her Boss(Don)listened,and Nothing. I love Dimmitt! Dan Robinson is my service manager and he treats you as if you are his only priority. Dan and all the folks at Dimmitt take you back to a time where customer service is first. There is never a time I dread taking my car in for seevicing as I am always treated fairly and politely.

it was a struggle to get any price info from them - even after test driving and visiting. A week pass and the salesman calls saying there's a new car in with MOST of the options that we'd like and to come back to the lot - this is the price. Well once on the lot and we're ready to sign the price went UP! It was explained that this car was ordered, and if we wanted it today we would have to pay higher - higher than the sticker price - higher than the price we were told over the phone. Disgusted we left and will still buy an Escalade ESV but from a dealer with more honorable sales tactics.

When our efforts to lease a new Cadillac at a local Sarasota dealer didn't go well, we went on-line to obtain a quote from Dimmitt. So glad that we did. The price was lower than we expected. It was almost an hour drive to the dealership, but when we arrived we couldn't have been more impressed. All of the personnel were not only professional, but acted as if it was really important that we were happy with our new car. No question, we will buy our next car from Dimmitt. There's simply no reason to go anywhere else.

I am a very busy professional and he worked around my schedule and got me in and out as I stopped in to just ask questions. He did a great job and I appreciate everything. I love my car.
