I contacted the dealership in Aug of 2016 and I first spoke with maxwell I asked about a no downpayment special that they had going on here confirmed that was true I faxed over some requested information and he asked me to come down to the dealership so I did and he wasn't there so I ended up speaking with the finance manager Mr Bender he said we got you approved for 13,000, oh no i had credit issues so the loan amount dropped to 11,000 I said ok he said it will take time to find something in that range, but he said I can view cars online and let him know if anything comes up so I did almost everyday when i contact Mr. Bender letting him know what I found he says ok he will look into it and I am assuming that it is still been looked into almost 4mths later. I recently emailed him just to see if i am still approved maybe two weeks ago still no response back so my situation shows this dealership lack of good customer service,but the new year is quicklying approaching and thats when everyone starts to purchase new vehicles and my money will be going other places like Pete Moore or even sandy sansing NISSAN the reviews for them looks good and they seem to have good customer service

The biggest mistake ever. I will never buy from Sandy Sansing again. I should have read the reviews before. Lies and false information. The sales representative and the person in charge of the finance department did an amazing job at selling the car. First of all they tried to charge my account a free service, $2000 of a free service. Be careful before you sign with them. After my first payment, I realized what they gave me; it was false information, it doesn't even exist! They are a dirty business, they don't care about the reputation, just their sales. After a month, they don't know where my tag is, they always promise to return your call in 10 minutes and that never happens. I am very unsatisfied and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a car.

I was per-approved for bank financing, and that alone may have made a big difference in my overall impression of the sales process at Sandy Sansing. I purchased a car, and was in and out of the dealership within 3 hours. Still, the transaction would have taken much less time with a more experienced and knowledgeable sales person. The salesperson was new to the area, not terribly familiar with the vehicle I chose, and did not have a good grasp of the technicalities of the transaction process (especially transferring title). However, the salesperson gets good marks for being genuinely friendly, and not delivering a high pressure sales pitch. Rather than trading your current vehicle at any Sandy Sansing dealership, consider doing a private sale, especially if you own your car outright. I was warned ahead of time that they would low ball my trade in the extreme, and they certainly did (well below either blue or black book trade value). Still, I had no desire to dicker for hours or walk out over a $500 difference in opinion of trade value. Private sale, I could have gotten twice as much for the vehicle I traded. Overall experience was very good, but did not quite warrant five stars.

I had already obtained financing and was refered to Sandy Sansing. Buck L. contacted me and said that they had two vans that he thought would fit the criteria of the loan and that he would check and get back with me. Two days later I called him to get an update, and he said he was still putting the paperwork together and needed my SSN. I called back later that day and he said "He was still waiting on an approval". Come to find out he had been running my credit without my permission, shopping for a different loan. When confronted about this, he hung up on me. I called back to speak to the GM about this and was assured that they would get back on track and we could still get the deal done, so I gave them another opportunity to sell a van. That was 4 days ago and I still haven't recieved a call. UPDATE: After posting this review finally recieved a call from the GM Gary F. After speaking with him I decided to give them another shot and I told him the basics of the deal I would like to do. He asked me when I could come in to try and put the deal together he also asked me to delete this review. I went in the following morning and after about an hour at the dealership, I was satisfied that things were going to work out. Then out of nowhere, Gary acts as if we never had a conversation about my expectations, and says that "he just can't do that". If that was the case then why have me drive 60 miles and waste another hour of my time. This has been a miserable auto buying experience, and I am totally dissapointed with the customer service and would not recommend Sandy Sansing Mazda to my worst enemy. Not only will I not take down this review, but I intend on posting it on every site that I can find to include a complaint with the BBB. If you or someone you know has had your credit pulled at a dealership without your permission, take a look at the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 616 (a) (1) (b)

Thanks to Greg S and the rest of the team at Sandy Sansing Mazda. I live approx 45 miles away, and through the internet and phone, Greg was able to get everything ready so when we got over there, we test drove the car and was in and out of there in 30 minutes. We got the car we wanted at the terms we wanted. Excellent service. We will be back!

My shopping and purchase experience with this dealership was excellent! I had already researched many cars on the internet. The salesman showed me what I wanted to see without pressuring me in any way. When I returned to purchase a car, they found the exact style and model I wanted and had it at the dealership within 24 hours.
