I live in Orlando and have been looking for a New RX check out my local dealer. They mark up all models in stock. I made me stop shopping with them. Found one in Pembroke Lexus with the exact option I need. Francesca sent me a full video of the car. And offer me a good price. Soni decided to make a trip. When I arrive at the dealership I am greeted by Alejandro and the car is ready for me to do a test drive. I made my purchase on the spot. In and out less than an hour. Very good buying experience, i will recommend this dealership for future Lexus purchases .Francesca and Alejandro is always there to answer all my question after the sale.

Would buy over the internet again from Lexus of Pembroke Pines

I am very happy with my dealings with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I am from Central Florida - 3+ hours away and bought my car over the internet by texting, emailing and a couple of phone calls. I did have a lot of concerns about not buying local but my local Lexus dealers had no interest in considering my offers - they all wanted me to come in and “talk”. When I found the car I wanted I made an offer at Lexus of Pembroke Pines and was it was accepted. I received a “worksheet” from Lexus of Pembroke Pines outlining the purchase agreement. I was concerned because I wanted a binding contract but it was not needed. The “worksheet” was good as gold. When I went to pick the car up nothing changed. The deal/worksheet was as promised and I had no surprises. I would definitely buy a car again from Lexus of Pembroke Pines via the internet. I worked with Alon and he was very professional and responsive to all my texts, phone calls and emails - and there was not much communication required. If Alon wasn’t available someone else would always let me know that he would get back to me ASAP - and he did. I also worked with Hotniel in Finance to complete the transaction and he was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Lexus of Pembroke Pines, Alon and Hotniel.

From a simple text to an In-person experience, Mr. Rafael has been there (very Professional and Knowledgeable) every step of the way. He made me feel very comfortable in my decision. He didn’t look at me as if I was beneath a brand new Rx and try to put me in a UX or even a used vehicle. I am Super Satisfied. Picked up my new Rx350 on Memorial Day. (This is my 4th) My salesman Adeel was great in meeting my needs and making the deal happen. Great car, great price (considering the market), and the service and follow up tops. This purchase was a follow up to a Volvo XC60. I looked at the German cars and decided I wanted a car with the safety features of a Lexus that had the chips to make them work. (Audi did not). Adeel also followed up on questions regarding the tech features of this car to help me work through the many high tech options.
