The finance team had not been trained properly. When I went to my appointment at my bank, I did not been given the correct paperwork. When I call Autonation they would not speak to me because "all of the finance team was in a meeting, and could not be disturbed. How can you have a car dealership and not have anyone available to help with financing? I have made attempts to talk to fiance manager, however my calls are not returned.

I bought 2 Broncos last month from AutoNations Ford Panama City, one new and one used. My salesman Jackson Niolet knows more about the Broncos than most people know about themselves. I traded in two vehicles which as we all know is normally an unpleasant situation but not here I was given a good trade value right off the bat. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant, respectful and very professional during the entire evolution. I have been dealing with AutoNations Ford Panama City for the last 7 years and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a positive buying experience.

A Fine Purchasing Experience

I was looking for a new Ford Edge. My 2014 has 220,000 miles on it and I wanted another before they went out of production, I live on the gulf coast south of Tallahassee and I was having difficulty finding a Red XLE. After searching the internet, AutoNation in Panama City had a close match. I drove over and the sales staff was very busy. The receptionist referred me to the Sales Manager Brad Benewit stepped in and solved my problem.

Lori, was great getting me in for service on my 2020 Explorer ST. I had a few computer issues that required keeping my car for an about a week and a half to fix these problems. She also had me a loaner vehicle that I could use until Matt, the service tech, could clean out all the gremlins that were hiding within my ST. Thanks for a good job Lori and Matt!

Bad experience last year the 3 times I came in I had brakes and a under body shield put on the price was different than quoted by my service advisor Jesse last year he has moved on this year I just came in for a full service oil change the price was 85.20 I ask the service advisor about the price on the website was 74.95 for full synthetic oil she said it was just a special price that there running ??I did not get full synthetic oil my service adviser was jennessa I am visiting for 5 months from Michigan had couple of problems last year now not impressed this year my background is I worked at 2 Ford dealerships for 42 years in part's departments I am rethinking coming in to your dealership again sincerely Loren

Dropped off my F250 for an issue. Lori at service took it right in and was able to get the mechanic on it with in a day. Spoke with the mechanic to help figure out the problem and we came to the conclusion of changing out the fuel filters. Had truck back in 3 days.

I took my Bronco in for it's first oil change. I can't say enough about by representative, Lori. She was amazing. I didn't feel like just a number, but a person that she cared about. I needed to do a 4.00 mile run while my car was being serviced. Lori went as far as suggesting an area that would be safe and close to run. Upon returning from said run. Within a short time my vehicle was ready. The service was timely and the tech video text I received was great. It shows they care about their customers and these days that goes a long way.
