Marco Vazqurz and Ismail Meri are the best to people I have ever worked away at a car dealership. They are very understanding and really worked with what I wanted. They were not pushy or demanding into putting me in something I did not want. Very respectful and warm hearted people that I would recommend to anyone. This was the best experience I have ever had find a car. I will be coming back.

I was very unsure about what car to buy when i went into Reed Nissan, but i was soon reassured by the salesman Marco that I had nothing to worry about! He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very patient and was one of the nicest people i’ve dealt with in customer service!

Jeff is great. I was referred to him by my friend Yari, whom he had sold a car to before. Fast & Efficient and straight to the point. I was in and out i would say within 2-3 hours with no hiccups.

Got my car a few months back with Ashley. Let me start off by saying I was not in the best position... She never gave up on me and reassured me that the Reed Team will get it done and she was on the money. She remained calm and confident and also help keep me calm. The level of customer Service was beyond what I expected. Thank you Ashley I love my Sentra.

I tagged along with my husband to do his looking around for a new car after a shift at the hospital. I already had in mind what kind of experience I would have because we were just looking. Ashley proved me wrong! She was patient, happy to help, answered the 100 questions we had, catered to my son with disabilities, and helped keep me comfortable after a long day. So my husband got a Pathfinder and I got a Rogue. Thank you Ashley!

When you visit Reed Nissan make sure you work with Ashley. She is very helpful, gets things done and is a very sweet. She helped me get into my new everyday car. I love the kicks. While I now drive the kicks more often my wife drives around in my Maserati. Thank you Ashley.

I originally came into the the establishment for service. Might I add I was little nervous because my husband usually does these errands. I suddenly felt relieved to see woman Sales Rep. I spoke with Ashley and she showed me around. I finally let go of the family car a 97' Pathfinder and drove off in a Rogue. A huge Thank you for having a bright light about you, positive attitude and the best customer service! If you're looking a great deal work with Ashley.

This is my 4th Nissan. I am not a person to do reviews or surveys but this case is very deserving. This young lady had been contact with me since early August. I just wasn't quite ready for a new vehicle. But she continued to check in with me. I was finally ready to look around and reached out to Ashley. It was a smooth process after that. I set an appointment and told what I would looking for. I was in and out and I got the best deal on a NEW Titan! Do yourself a favor and ask for Ashley! Great customer service and professionalism. Sales and Options are definitely two things i am into, and Jeffrey Definitely helped me narrow down the vehicle that was within my budget with the exact features i felt i required. Top notch customer service. Had been to a couple of other dealerships and i would say the service wasn't as good as working with Jeffrey. i was at the point where i was getting frustrated but I was referred to Jeff from a good friend of mine who has purchased multiple vehicles. I will be bringing my family here to work with Jeffrey as well.

I walked into the dealership. I did not have a car and I did not want to be disappointed due to my situation. I'm in sales as well and for me before the sale is initiated a relationship has to be built. Colin Sullivan did a great job with assisting in finding a new car, but it was his customer service and friendliness that made me feel great about my purchase. As I was strolling the parking lot he walked by me and greeted me with just a few question on how my day was going....He then proceed to verified something on a car near the truck I was looking at...it was then that he mention if I had any questions to please just ask him. His approach was very genuine and I felt like it was more about me finding a great fit than him make a sale....he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and extremely honest with the pro and cons of each....the cherry on the top was how hard he fought to make sure I was walking out with the best price possible, Berk his manager also went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a great deal. Thank you both and Nissan Reed for your service and making a new friend.

The best & quickest auto buying experience in my life

Reed Nissan is not the closest dealer to me and I initially went to another 1st. I worked with them for a couple days but we were still really far apart and I was about to give up. Reed was working with me as well via email but I was not going to visit since the other dealership was so far apart looking at the same vehicle (and they were a 40 minute drive). In a non-pressure way I was invited to come down anyway after they looked at the #'s I sent them via email. I know I was asking a lot (good price for trade, truecar price, plus great financing) but I decided to see what they were going to offer. I arrived at about 8PM believing I was just checking things out and would most likely leave with my car again disappointed.... The salesman Jorge, presented a sheet with the exact figures I asked for via email (trade-in value, car price, and interest rate). 1st try, I've never experienced anything like this before when buying a car. At that point I was suspicious that something would fall through or wasn't what it seemed. Well I was wrong, by 10PM I was moving all my stuff into my brand new Murano, the exact car I wanted with the exact features. I can truly say that I have never had even close to as good of an experience buying a car from anywhere in the past. I'm absolutely overjoyed with the new Murano and Reed has earned a customer for life if this is the way they keep doing business. Thanks for a great deal and awesome experience in car buying!!! To note: Apparently, Reed is a bigger volume dealer than the other local Nissan Dealers so they have a little more leverage on price, they also offer McCoy credit union for financing, and were clever enough to find an additional incentive from the company I work for. A job well done.
