After searching since the beginning of the year for a used car, I ran into this "Gem" of a dealership. Arnold, along with Maria and Leo, greeted me so welcomely, I dealt with Arnold who used no sales pressure what so-ever, the vehicle was just as described, and a CarFax was provided. He assisted me in fixing the seating, mirrors and seatbelt, and allowed me to drive it around on my own, even provide a sun-pass, in case I wanted to enter expressway, The car was so original, and it smelled so good! This is so hard to find in the used car market, for someone to be so transparent and honest. I cant imagine someone not buying a car from these folks. I was able to add insurance on the car, purchase it and my plan to drive to New York was in motion. Thank you guys! Super happy...... Thank you! Roberto

Made an appointment to test drive one of their cars. I asked if they would hold it for 3 days and Arnold said "no problem". He didn't ask for any deposit but I assured him we were serious and had our financing set up. I decided on my own to go to my bank and just go ahead and get the paperwork done even though he never asked for it. While working with the loan officer, we called the dealership to get the buyers order emailed to the bank. Arnold was "busy" so he hands me off to Maria. I waited for Maria to call me back while I waited for her to email my bank. After 40 minutes, I called again. She said she was "busy with a customer" and hung up. Then immediately Arnold calls me to tell me that the car sold. So, fully knowing I was in the process of sending them a bank draft to secure the sale, they sold it anyway. Then he has the audacity to tell me it was my fault for not offering to give him a deposit(?). They call themselves a dealership but it's more like they buy a few cars at a time, photograph them in front of their apartment clubhouse but store them in a warehouse. That's why they're "appointment only".
