Very professional team and maintains highest level of integrity.

They have very professional and knowledgeable service team. My car is serviced at a scheduled frequency which is managed by Tiffany. Every-time I had flawless service experience. The last two visits were for car accident related repairs and had to take care of significant repairs. Almost all interaction with insurance and others parties were done by them with myself paying for few hundred dollars copay and visiting them to drop and pickup the car. It process was smooth like silk and I was delighted at their efficiency and friendliness. Wish the whole Orlando Mini service team, Merry Christmas and happy New Year 2024! Special thanks to Tiffany.

Great service

Recently bought 2015 Mini elsewhere and wanted to have it checked over by a dealer. Booked my service appointment online (which was easy). Arrived for my appoint and was promptly greeted by Asante. Explained I wanted the car checked and then I proceeded to ask him many questions about my Mini. He answered all my questions, the service tech checked the car, completed what needed to be done, and I left very confident my car was well taken care of.

Spencer is THE MAN! You simply will not find another Service Advisor as down to Earth and understanding as Spencer. He is a great listener and always quick and concise in his communication. It is refreshing to know that there are still great people out there that understand how to provide outstanding customer service. HIGHLY recommended.

Service Above & Beyond

Everyone in the service department at Orlando Mini is responsive and courteous. Our service rep, Tiffany, has such a depth of knowledge about Minis, that she usually knows what is going on the minute I start explaining my issue. If the service is going to take more than a couple of hours, they always offer a loaner. And finally, coffee, water, cookies and ice cream while I wait. Who could ask for more? A definite recommend!

Mini Cooper

I want to say that the service performed on my car recently was fantastic. My service rep Spencer went above and beyond my expectations. He explained the work that needed to be done and had my car rental all set up for me when I arrived. There was another customer waiting on him and he didn't rush me thru because of it. I highly recommend that if you need service on your car to ask for Spencer. Thanks so much Spencer.

Service never takes a backseat at Orlando Mini

The phrase "customer service" is spoken every day, by every member of the service department at Orlando Mini. Many dealerships allow customer service to take a backseat to profit. However, Orlando Mini continues to strive towards taking care of their service customers in every aspect of Mini maintenance; both scheduled and unscheduled. Customer service is not dead. Every time I have brought my Clubman into Orlando Mini, I have received top quality maintenance and customer service. Orlando Mini is set apart from other dealerships by making the customer service experience a top priority. Great customer service and excellent human interaction is what I have personally experienced since my purchase of my Mini in 2012; due largely in part by the leadership of the service manager Mr. Garrett Bowling, Adante Cameron (service writer) and the entire service team. They (in my opinion) should be commended by the Field’s Auto Group for the continued support to the customers post purchase. Quality Service Department !!

Orlando MINI has THE best service department AND personnel around . They went out of their way to get 2 things fixed that I had a problem with , I had discussed it with a previuos associate and he wouldn't make the effort to resolve anything, rather he was rude and argued with me about it . He is no longer there , and my service adviser Adante Cameron was more than happy to 1 , TRY and 2 , get the problem resolved, fixed and had me a loaner car in the meantime very easily . The entire staff over there is just superb !! Also Giancarlo Marrero did an outstanding job in keeping me informed of what was going on ( ran into an unexpected problem ) and everything was done earlier than expected and the car was as clean as it has ever been . I HIGHLY recommend these guys if you are in need of service . They sent me away feeling VERY good about the entire team at Orlando MINI !! Keith Campbell

Customer Service can't be beat!

Buying my new MINI Hardtop 2 Door Cooper S from Orlando MINI couldn’t have been easier! I received nothing less than superior service from Orlando MINI. Tom, my Motoring Advisor, was excellent! He was highly informative and supportive in helping me through the entire process from ordering to delivery of my beautiful new MINI. When it came time to pick up my new MINI, Brittany, the Business Manager, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions in order for me to select the best MINI Extended Motorer Protection Plan and Maintenance Program Upgrade to fit my budget. My Cooper S arrived ahead of schedule with all options exactly as ordered; and is absolutely stunning in both the way it looks and drives! I love my MINI, and can’t thank Orlando MINI enough for making this experience so enjoyable for me.

Handled whole lease over the phone... no issues.

Worked with Christine and Dan W, this was one of the better car buying experiences I've had. They prepared my whole lease over the phone, and I drove from Tampa just to sign. Everything went smoothly, which is highly unusual from previous experiences I have had. The used cars sales manager handled my paperwork and he was a cool guy as well. Very pleased, and will definitely drive up again to renew my lease.

You just can't get better service!

I absolutely love brining my MINI in for service at Orlando MINI because I know they're going to take excellent care of me and my vehicle. Every single time I come in for service, they are right on top of telling me exactly what needs to be done and the price (if it falls out of the maintenance contract). They always complete work efficiently and the service technicians will always keep you updated on the status. I was a little nervous the first time I went in for service just because of other non-MINI dealerships I've been to but they really do provide value of the service. They also take really good care of your vehicle too - you always get it back in better condition than when you brought it in! I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Why get a MINI anywhere else?

The service you get from Orlando MINI is amazing! I purchased my MINI from here almost two years ago and I've never been more pleasant with a dealer experience before! Normally, you go to a dealer you get a sales guy that pressures you, only cares about his comission and that's it. If you're looking for that type of experience, don't come to Orlando MINI! They will treat you like a person! In fact, whenever I come in for service, my Motoring Advisor, Nick, always comes over to say hello and make sure Service is taking care of me. That's some real dedication! That's also how you earn a customer for life! I'll definitely be purchasing/leasing my next MINI from Nick at Orlando MINI!

Emergency Service

Our two Minis’ have been very reliable so haven't needed much service but recently a truck dropped a tree branch that pierced through my daughter’s radiator. I was pleasantly surprised as the Orlando MINI service department bent over backwars to get her back on the road quickly.

Exceptional Dealer

While looking for a “more sensible” car for my daughter, I reluctantly agreed to a Mini test drive. I usually dread the auto dealerships while car shopping but the Orlando MINI experience was completely different from the start. The salesperson, Jim L., was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The Mini test drive was so much fun that we decided on a Mini and the rest of the process (negotiation, finance, delivery) was the best car buying experience of my lifetime. The Mini Cooper is so much fun and economical to drive that I returned a month later to Orlando MINI and bought a second Mini for myself!

Exceptional Staff

I recently went car shopping. My goal was to find a used car that was within two years old that met all the criteria that was important to me. I wanted a car with low mileage, still under warranty, that had great gas mileage, had plenty of head room and leg room for me and passengers, and at a payment less than $250 monthly. I wanted all of this and in addition to the most important criteria I was looking for, the best interest rate possible. My best friend recommended BMW Mini Copper Store. So I headed out Memorial Day Weekend and Visited the Mini Copper store, along with Toyota, and Kia. I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and respect given at the BMW Mini Cooper store by each and every member of the staff that had dealing with me. The Sales Man Arie listened to my needs list and he showed me only cars that met those needs. I test drove several car before deciding on a 2012 Nissan Versa SL. In the Negotiations, $1500 was reduced from the car price and the APR was approved at 4.39% and a monthly payment of $231. I told Arie to let me shop around and I would get back with him. When I went to Toyota, the sales man was pushy and using hard sales skills. A soft sell approach work better for me, but he was not recognizing that his aggressive approach was a turn off for me. Also when the sales man introduced me to the finance man and manager, they turned there back on me without smiling or extending their hands for a hand shake, and they reprimanded the sales man for not having me do a test drive yet and that he was not following protocol. I was truly offended. They should have shock my hand and then pulled the sales man aside privately. At Toyota, they were pushy, aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. The APR came back at 7.99% on a new car which was an insult. I was preapproved through a credit union for 7.5% on a used car and 5.5% on a new car so Toyota recommended that I go with the loan at the credit union and come back, but with how they treated me, I was not interested. Next I went to Kia. The sales man did not have knowledge to any of the questions I was asking. Also, they did not have the car I was wanting, so he was trying to get me into a different model instead. I did not even give them a chance to run the numbers because of the sales mans ineptness. I call Arie back and told him I wanted to close on the deal and went back the next day. During the final stage, the finance manager was amazing with finalizing the paperwork and I left a proud owner of a car that met all my needs. The level of service provided to me while working with each member of the BMW Mini Copper staff was exceptional. I am so very impressed with the quality of service provided. I do not want to forget to thank Mike the General Manager. On both days of the negotiation he personally stopped by several time in the coarse of the business transaction and shock my hand and ask me how I was doing, and whether I needed anything. The management at Toyota could truly learn something from Mike. Mike clearly has set the example of how to treat a customer and the rest of his staff follows his lead. An example of a great leader. Thank you so much to all the men and women at the BMW Mini Copper Store. It was a friends recommendation that got me to visit BMW Mini Copper to begin with, so thank you Gina for your recommendation. Word of Mouth Advertising is the best, so to pay it forward, I have already told all my friends and family to check out the BMW Mini Copper Store the next time they are in need of a new or used car.

first mini, waited forever;

until my kids were ready to drive. Now I've got an awesome 2012 Clubman 9k miles, loaded. We love it, such a fun car to drive. The sales process was quite a delight, no pressure at all from Pratik P., even after I put him through weeks of indecision. Orlando mini gets 5s stars too, nice experience. They treated us very well, especially my son and his 2 friends. 15 dipping dots ice creams later and l was still indecisive.

Mini Car, Major Happy

I have been looking for a small, fun, fuel-efficient car for several months now and couldn’t find the right combination. I finally came to Orlando Mini and got everything I was looking for. I was particularly pleased with the knowledgeable, yet relaxed, product demonstration from Jim Lentini. He was personable and easy to work with. His familiarity with the brand was extensive and he acted like a true professional. He represents the company very well. The dealership was an exciting place to visit with a great selection of inventory both new and used. I also was impressed with the modern facility with all of its amenities and luxurious surroundings. To be honest, I felt like I was buying a much more expensive vehicle. They really treat customers to a terrific experience. From the initial sales consultation, to the test drive, finance to delivery, the process went off without a hitch. I left the dealership feeling like a king thanks to you and your staff. It's funny, even if I had not been looking for a Mini Cooper, I would have been hard pressed to leave without one after this superb buying experience.

Garrett in Service is awesome

Service advisor Garrett is a great pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional. He keeps me in the loop regularly on how my repair is going via phone calls. His efforts just enhance my already great enthusiasm I have toward the Mini Cooper product and Orlando Mini itself. I will probably buy my next 10 cars from Orlando Mini as they all are a top notch group, from receptionist to mechanic.

Excellent Service Department

Brittany and Kimberly were in the service drive when I arrived, and rather than ignoring me, as some sales personnel would do; they set about placing protective coverings on the floor and seat. In very short order, the service writer appeared, wrote the car up, and escorted me inside to sit down with Garrett. Garrett was very knowledgeable and got the car serviced and had me on my way in fairly short order. I had driven up from Palm City, which is (140) miles from Orlando Mini, and was on my way to a meeting in Jacksonville, and everything went very smoothly. You have an excellent service department!

Excellent service and parts department at Orlando Mini dealer

I just had my second service done and the mechanic checked over every single thing on my car and replaced all of the filters, changed the oil, and my car was just as clean when I drove it out as when I drove it in. The service guy made my appointment for when I needed it done and my car was taken in as soon as I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I made a few purchases in the parts department and Joe the parts guy was very good. He checked out the mug I bought for damage before letting me take it. Everyone at Orlando Mini is very friendly and cheerful and bend over backwards to answer any questions you have. Also, the coffee, cookies, & ice cream are great

Great Servce Center

The service team at Mini Orlando are fabulous,. This is the third dealer Ihave used (move around a lot) and they are far and away the best. Extremely helpful, they will let you now the estimated costs, how long it wil take, etc. I look forward o going here as they treat me and my car with such great care and courtesy - very rare to get that kind of service anywhere now.
