Car still posted “but nor eligible for sale”

The sales man was super super nice. However, after a couples days of following the car en Edmonds down to the day of my appointment and confirming with the dealership that I wanted a test drive. They tell me the car was not available. After I insisted on an answer, they said they discovered a transmission issue. Really? Why posted it before checking their vehicles ? Price gimmick?

On May 28, 2019, I agreed to a deal on a new Infiniti lease (in writing with buyers order) with one of their salespeople. When I questioned some aspects of the deal, they further assured me in writing that what was agreed to is what I’d be paying with no additional fees or money down. Suddenly, they changed the terms of the deal and offered no explanation once I was preparing to go to the dealership. Had I not pushed further for written clarification, they would have been content to let me drive 2 hours to find out they would not honor the deal. When I communicated with the general sales manager he offered no explanation for what I firmly believe was an intentional misrepresentation on their part and basically reneged on something they put in writing. He even went so far as to insult me and insinuate that I was somehow confused by the events that had transpired.

Easy purchase

We weren't sure which SUV we wanted but kept coming back to Infiniti QX60. It had all the tech and safety features we were looking for and the most room in the third row. On the third visit we finally purchased the car. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful each time we came in. Negotiations were easy, fast and fair.

Orlando Infiniti consistently provides the best customer service from any dealership I have experienced in Orlando. It is one of the reasons why I have purchased various cars from there over the years. The employees, amenities, and dealership itself are all great and add to the experience. In particular, my salesman Goran Srbljan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and did the best he could to offer me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I would certainly buy from him again.

I traded my 2012 qx 56/80 for a 2018 qx 80. My sales rep Mukesh was outstanding. Excellent vehicle. Far better vehicle than most of the competition. I bought my 2012 qx 56 brand new and I wanted to get some thing different when I was planning to sell this vehicle but I test drove most of the competitors vehicle and didnt like it. So I planned to stick with new qx80.

I decided to buy another Infiniti because I love the performance, looks and reliability of Infiniti's. I love the styling of the QX70 and looked all over Central Florida for a lightly used one. In the end, the best decision was the one at Orlando Infiniti. Not only did they have a reduced price special, the service department here is excellent. Since I work in the area it is really convenient to get my car serviced and they are fairly priced on their services and parts. And, having purchased the car here, if service will take more than 2 hours, you can get a loaner vehicle. There was no pressure from the salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The only thing I could fault is all the extras they try to get you to buy at time of purchase. I declined. But if one did purchase, they could add another $10k or so to their price! I am very happy with my experience at Orlando Infiniti and I love my car!

Called your dealership about matching an offer from an Infinti dealer in Miami. Sent the paper work, got a call back to come in and close the deal. Derek was my sales guy. He took care of me from beginning to end, no pressure whatsoever from him!We talked and joked around like we've known each other for years. Love the guy. When I came in, there was no BS, you guys had my quote ready, and car ready. Everything was transparent, Did not feel like you guys were trying to hide anything, or slip more into my payments. Jimmy, the manager is also awesome, very smooth guy, straight forward in a respectful way. You guys do a great job of not being too sale orientated in your approach when you're dealing with your customer. I was literally in and out, no hassle. Thank you for the great experience.

Very happy with my new Infiniti Q50

The lease was coming up and I was sent notices to come to the dealership to turn the G37 in early. I went one day to test drive the Q50 and really enjoyed driving it. I returned about 2-3 weeks later with my wife and she enjoyed driving it too. We were offered a deal that was too good to refuse. We liked the car and got a good deal.

My agent David Diaz went above and beyond, allowing us to test drive different models until we found the right one for our family. He was open and honest, never making us feel rushed or pressured.
