I had a good experience with salesman Andre Frederick. He was straight forward as I am, so that was key. He gave me $3,000+ more for my trade than other Dealerships. Overall he did a good job of what was under his control. I would definitely recommend this Dealerships to anyone.....just make sure to ask for Andre as your salesman.

These guys were top of the line! Andre and Chris took care of me from start to finish and made sure I was happy the entire way. Super friendly, professional and they made it as easy as possible, especially because I was there was my 7 and 5 year old girls. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy the entire time. Andre even gave me money out of his own pocket to make sure my girls were able to get a snack they wanted in the vending machine. Chris made sure that every little detail or mark was taken care of before I left the dealership. These guys were great! Thank you Chris & Andre @ Orange Buick!!!

Misrepresented from the start

Misrepresented a used car as a higher model to try to get more money. Once I brought it to their attention they said it was priced at marked value. It was not. It was $3000 over priced. Also, misrepresented how many times they were going to run my credit. Ran it 4 times with the same bank. When Sven in finance says he is a man of his word don't believe him!

I bought a Tacoma that originally had some registration hiccups with Roger Menn. In the first purchase, Roger provided such an enjoyable experience; I was pleased not only with the price of the purchase but most of all the ease of it. When the registration hiccups were not resolved, however, Roger not only took time out of his day to take care of it but brought it to the attention of the managers too. They were quick to act, gave me several options on how to handle the issue, and then had Tony searching wide and far for a Tacoma like the one originally bought, Tony not only found one that met all of my more selective standards but one that was even better. I walked out with a fantastic Tacoma, a smile on my face, and I would honestly come back again just for the people I dealt with. Roger, Jason, and Tony all made the entire experience worthwhile, and I will absolutely be purchasing my vehicles in the future from them.

Oil change and quick detail

The customer service was good . However, I was not satisfied with the quick detail of my Terrain. I understand it was a quick detail but my dashboard was not as clean as it could have been and it didn't look like the inside was vacuumed.

worst experience at any dealership i've been in

went into their showroom to buy an '11 dodge avenger. Finished all negotiations and decided to buy the car. I went back in and told them i'd accept their offer but they wouldn't accept my debit card. Having no other option, I asked them to hold the car till the next business day for the banks. Got a call monday after they had closed(monday was also a bank holiday) saying that the car was already sold. I was planning on going in to orlando at 7 in the morning, before they had even opened to make sure i got the car. It is really shocking to me that all i got was a half assed apology for a car which in my eyes we had already shook on. wouldn't recommend orange buick gmc to my worst enemies. Save yoruself a trouble and go to a dealership which has a basic(human) level of courtesy and manners.

Great Service on my 2007 GMC Envoy

Brake service on my 2007 GMC Envoy. As always, work performed proficiently according to GMC specifications and standards. Service Advisor, Bill Murdock was very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel like a VIP and that I was in the right place for the best service. My SUV is almost 10 years old and drives like the day I bought it, thanks to good service at OrangeBuickGMC and Bill Murdock.

Drove from Tampa to purchase a 2015 GMC Sierra. The salesperson Andre was awesome...highly recommend working with him. The dealership facilities were great with a huge TV and kid area to keep my 4 and 7 year old busy. No hassle, no rush (even though another family was waiting behind us to buy the same truck - they drove from Tallahassee and I was not told this until the deal was done so as not to pressure me). They gave me exactly what I asked for my trade and the finance terms I wanted...literally everything I asked for they gave me without argument or push back. Would buy from there again without hesitation.

Poor sales service

I went to the dealership to see about getting a car for my wife. The Enclave in the showroom. We were aware that the credit to payment ratio may not work for us. We asked for our credit not to be run more than a few times. I was told I would get a call by Saturday afternoon and never received a call. My credit was ran 13 times and when I called after getting a warning from credit karma i asked not to speak with an answering machine. I was able to speak with the sales manager and he pretty much shoved me off when I complained about the number of inquiries. he was pretty quick to just drop the whole thing. Very upsetting a call or two through the day would have been the professional thing to do. Typical sales BS.

Our experience at Orange Buick GMC could not have been better. We bought our certified GMC Acadia Denali while traveling through Orlando to pick up a rescue dog. Everyone was very accommodating to our young son and our new furry companion, and made the entire process very easy.

AMAZING Service Experience at Orange Buick GMC

I realized the battery of my Buick Lacrosse died when I was getting ready to go to work on Monday May 5, 2014. Luckily, I was still covered under Buick's Certified Roadside Assistance Program and they assisted me wonderfully over the phone to get a tow truck driver out to my residence and bring my car to Orange Buick GMC. Before the tow truck driver arrived I called Orange GMC and spoke with Service Advisor, Robert C. I was amazed at how courteous, understanding, and helpful he was in my unfortunate situation. He not only made me feel at ease but assured me that he would look into the issue when the car arrived at the shop and told me that it would not be necessary for me to go with the tow truck driver and wait at the dealership. Needless to say, Robert was prompt in calling me every step of the way (when the car arrived at the dealership, while he was working on my car, and when it was complete). Dealing with untrustworthy dealerships in the past, Robert at Orange Buick was even honest enough to tell me that my battery is still covered under warranty and there would be no charge to me. He also performed my covered routine maintenance so I would not have to make a separate trip. In addition, Robert assisted me when picking up my vehicle by providing the paperwork and keys to the reception desk since I told him I would not make it to the dealership until after the service department closed. I am extremely satisfied with Orange Buick and commend Robert for his expertise, professionalism, and trustworthiness. Thanks again.
