Hmmmm… Where do I begin?! We have been extremely happy customers at BMW South Orlando for 10 years! Josephine recently stepped in for our service advisor, Eric (awesome as well) as he was away… Josephine wowed us from the beginning to when I picked up my vehicle! She is very thorough and highly effective in her communication with keeping me in the loop regarding the status of my vehicle. Her level of customer service exceeded my expectations! On top of that she’s truly a sweetheart 💕

Josephine was great I am a retired master sergeant of the Air Force. An I like things done a certain way in a timely matter she was able to accommodate my this as my service advisor.

Communication!

I arrived at Fields on a Saturday via tow truck at approximately 4:30 pm. I didn't expect much service at that time, but I must say the intake was very accommodating! In particular was a follow named Jacob who made sure my car would be secure until Monday when mechanics could get a look. I was told by the service advisor that I would receive a video from the service technician 1st thing Monday which I did. Unfortunately, the video cut off at about a minute of time and the provided information was not related to the required repair. I called the dealership 5 times, 3 of which were to the service advisors cell phone including a text message pleading to return my calls. Not 1 return phone call! Finally, I had to get an uber and go to the dealer for a face to face. Customer service, not so much.

Accurate Review

Everything went well, my only disappointment was at arrival. I walked in and waited about 7-10 minutes before being acknowledged. I was very surprised, not even a courteous "welcome we will be with you in a couple of minutes". The worst part was they had plenty of personnel working.

Excellent customer service for my 7 series!

Josephine was my service advisor who kept me up to date from start to finish on progress of repair. She is very friendly and knowledable to help explain the issue. My repair was done in a fast and timely manner and best of all it was done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend South BMW for your service needs.

Service Appt from Heaven

One of the best experiences when it comes to service and warranty. They greeted me with a smile and before I knew it, RJ welcomed me to his desk. Had all the info from my car and what it needed, paper ready and an Uber on the way! He kept me informed and sent the Uber to pick me up from when my car was ready! Overall great service and what you would expect from a BMW Dealership

Angel Mercado

My family & I arrived to Disney World with a flat tire & Angel Mercado saved our vacation! -he was able to get our car towed, replace the tire, change the oil, put air in all the tires & check the tread, etc… I was able to leave my car at his dealership & then he provided an uber from my hotel to the car (on his day off). My family thanks you for everything & BMW is lucky to have you as an employee.

Malfunction of the software!

I own a 2018 X5, and since 2023 I've complained of the software malfunction. Eric was my first service advised. They took the car to the shop and something was wrong with the carplay at the moment. He told me that they upgraded the software at that moment and there was no charge because the car was under warranty. Guess what, I the car again yesterday because I still have a problem with the software, and the lady looked up my history and told me that they didn't upgrade the software. Even though Eric assumed I was done. I have been having a lot of issues losing calls, my car gets unlocked and looks automatic, the side views are closed and open and the windows go up and down just because. The car was at the shop yesterday they didn't upgrade the software still have the same problem forever on top of that they charged me almost 250 bucks and nothing was done! This place is a real mess and they abused the customers. Is wn ask the lady the take care of me yesterday. Let me know first if I need to pay anything before and never did. In the end, I pay regardless!

I greatly enjoy coming to Fields BMW here in Orlando. This is my first BMW and my service advisor Deyja has went over and beyond when it comes to getting my vehicle serviced. It's always accurate, it's always timely and they always give me the vehicle back extremely clean and professionally finished. She takes great quality time in going over What has been done to the vehicle and how it will increase its performance. I highly recommend Fields BMW and especially the service advisor Deyja.
