STAY AWAY!!

by Jairo M on 10/06/2020

I was so disappointed with my experience at Central Florida Toyota. The personnel are friendly, but it turns out they're lying to you the whole time with the sole interest of making a sale. AVOID.

On-line research is the way to go

by seawitch on 10/02/2014

This dealership was very helpful and honored their on-line quote in person. However, another dealership matched their price and had the color I was interested in.

Will never purchase a car from Central Florida Toyota!

by DanetteFL on 04/26/2014

Will never purchase a car from Central Florida Toyota! First they try to pull one over on me by telling me the best price they can do is list price (um I am not stupid!) Second, When I walked out on them the sales man dropped the price by 3,000 dollars just like that (makes me wonder)I left anway! Third, When I called to speak with the General Manager, he did not call me back and When I left a message for his boss and still no response! They not only lost on sale but two!

Really sad

by dalia023 on 03/23/2014

They have the worst customer service ever! As soon as I arrived there a sales man start asking question; OMG let me think! Then another sales specialist; who ran my credit even thought I ask him, like a hundred time not to do it; until he had a number $ for my trade-in. (yes I did sign the papers, but i was clear with them to wait until I accept any offer for my trade, I trusted them) Yes, then another sales specialist came to me to apology.... Well to LATE... At the end 3 diferent persons; none of them working together. No communication at all, no team work! What a shame, they gave a good price but I was to upset to even consider it... When you cann't trust in a dealership then you cann't buy from them. Never a gain. For me is a NO-NO

Beware - Change in management

by bfb3 on 03/01/2013

Buy a new car here at a great price but Definitly Service it somewhere else as if this is an example of thier mechanics expertise, it is well below par....and if looking for a USED CAR; know that it is BUYER BEWARE!!! For clarification: If they had divulged the needed repair information, I may have still bought the car as I wanted this specific model... but I would have been allowed the opportunity to make an educated decision vs. being "SCAMMED". Instead I paid $900 more than I thought the car was worth because and I quote "it is a one owner vehicle and in great condition." I acquired a new Toyota Avalon from this same dealership in the past and had no issues with them but I learned that they have had a change in ownership and a change in management attitude that is obviously not pro customer. I bought an old used Toyota (specific model wanted). They withheld KNOWN needed repair information. When they brought me a form that said "used car, sold as is, you should expect to pay $1,000 in repairs in the next month" I asked Does this meant that there is something that needs repaired for $1,000? I was told no, it is only what I was already told about. (About $750 total & @ half was minor cosmetic work). The list included an AC repair and the price quoted was $110. I asked is this for a diagnosis of the repair needed or the ACTUAL AC repair... I was told $734 plus tax will fix everything on that piece of paper. I took it to my mechanic directly from the dealership (learned on the way that the air did not work at all -(it was a cool day when I test drove it). Within 30 minutes of leaving the repair shop I had a call telling me that the AC compressor was cracked and if I just bought it I should take it back. I said that I couldn't as it was an "as is sale but I was told it was a minor $110. AC issue." He said there was NO WAY that they could not have known this... It is a huge crack. We saw it immediatley. I told VInnie, (salesman) "what you did may not be illegal, but it is definitely unethical and I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone." The repairs are now over $1,400, and that is without repairing the "loose transmission" or the shocks and struts that also were not disclosed (I had asked and supposedly received the Service departments work sheet) and it definitely does not include the "cosmetic" issues included on their list that I had planned to do.

SUPERB SALESMAN - RYAN PHILLIPS

by bigdave5 on 03/14/2010

INCREDIBLE SALESMAN. That is the reason I retured. This guy is a gem - a diamond in the rough. This the SECOND TIME I have dealt with him and purchased a vehicle from him. I got a FANTASTIC DEAL on a 2010 Toyota Tacoma 2dr Access Cab Pre-Runner SR5 with the TRD off-road package. He got top-dollar for my trade. It was literally the easiest, smoothest, hassle-free buying experience I have ever had. Why Ryan is not in a mangement position is beyond me. I have NEVER bought a vehicle from the same person and/or dealership prior to today. It pays to do your homework. I shopped the internet first and used several web sites, including Edmunds.com, and they came closer to the numbers I wanted more than any other local dealership. I am so thankful that there is such an honest, forthright, and trusting salesman in this business like Mr. Phillips. EVERY buying experience should be like this. No hassle, NO B.S., no bait-n-switch. I also made it clear I wanted NO extras while in the Finance and Insurance Office. Ryan made that happen and the paperwork process was simple and fast. THANKS, RYAN, FOR AN INCREDIBLE AFTERNOON AND FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK. DUDE, THEY DON'T PAY YOU WHAT YOUR WORTH. YOU SHOULD BE THE PERSON "TRAINING" SALES STAFF AND THE ENTIRE SOUTHEAST REGION ON QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
