I was a lucky guy to purchase my New BMW in BMW of Ocala ; the complete purchasing experience was a joy . i contacted John Lebron on January 1st 2022 from the comfort of my couch ; i requested a Proforma Invoice Out of the door for the White 2017 BMW 330I 15K Milles of my dreams he replied in minutes and during the entire process the communication was perfect not only from him also from Mel the Financing department and the Front desk ; we made a deal on January 2nd everything on the phone he send me videos and pictures . The delivery of the car was a awesome ceremony in a glass garage on the dealer my dream car was there waiting for me with a beautiful bloom on the hood BMW Ocala made the moment magic. I already planning to purchase a brand new 330I next year , of course from BMW of Ocala . Thanks John to select me among all the buyers i am very happy with the car .

Every single person in the dealership was so kind, but especially our sales associate, John. John made my car shopping experience so easy. I think we looked at every single X3 on the lot, new and used. He helped me narrow them down by features, miles, and warranties. For me, it came down to a 2019 X3 and a brand new 2022 X3. John parked them beside each other so that I could closely compare, he never tried to sway my decision in either directly. I ultimately chose the 2022. We then started the paperwork, they pulled the car inside the dealership, put a bow on it, and then did a white glove delivery to me inside of the dealership. It was such a beautiful experience. They truly go above and beyond.

I have lived and worked in the UK, Canada and now the US. This is my second BMW and my 10th car purchase and l have never felt so good as they made me feel. The communication from Kia Sales Associate, the finance manager and dealership manager is really exceptional. They made me feel as if l was buying a million dollar car . We were even given teddy bear, golf cup and other BMW accessories. This was for a CPO car. I walked out really feeling good about my purchase. Another associate even took the time to set up everything for us before we got back on the interchange. They sent me a text a day after purchase that an associate will come home to help me set things up. Aaron the technician drove 45 miles to my home and set up my garage opener showed me all the functions the car had. Wow, wow what a service. You all desire the GOLD award. I will recommend this dealership to anyone l know. 150% client care.

This is the best place to buy a vehicle. I traveled for 4 hours to this dealership to buy this truck. Brad my salesperson was very friendly and very professional he made my buying experience very pleasant. The rest of the staff including the manager Dan, John and Robert we're very professional and knowledgeable. Even though I was buying a used truck they made me feel like I was buying a BMW. Bobby Watts and his team at BMW Ocala did a phenomenal job! From the start of negotiations up until driving off the lot, I was really impressed. Everything was transparent and communication was very easy. Picking up the car is a great experience in itself. i have dealt with other BMW dealers in the past, but this dealership is extraordinary. I bought my 650i from this dealership. It's a beautiful car. The sales manager was pleasant and had the car ready for me to test drive when I got there. During the test drive, I pointed out to the salesperson Michael that there is a "loud sound" when in sport mode. He dismissed it as being normal to this type of car and advised me to just put on normal mode. So I listened with trepidation. The car also had a smell that I actually attributed to the salesperson but later on turned out to be just the smell of the car. The car drove nicely and looked perfect except for a couple of issues that I was promised would be taken care of. I was missing the extra key and key slider for the other one along with the owner's manual. The seatbelt cover was also broken off but again I was promised it would be taken care. So I decided to buy the car but only after signing did I realize that the car was also missing the wind diffuser. Michael said its in the trunk so I took his word for it. Driving home that same day, that booming sound was just annoying, then breaks were squealing too. I immediately texted that same night and told him. We researched that booming sound and it appears that's a common complaint and only way to fix is to change the whole exhaust system. I brought it back to the dealership and wanted to return this car. I was told no as the car is over $40k. John the sales manager promised to get this fixed and other issues. It took 2.5 days to get back. The sound is still there because they didn't fix it but charged BMW for the work they supposedly did. Breaks still squeaking too. This dealership is awful. I was promised one thing and did not get what was promised. Michael was going to drop off the key and manual and still no follow up. Point being they promised anything but will not deliver. I wrote an email to them but the response is via text. Why? So there's no audit trail, perhaps. They've neglected to apologize and dismissed the fact that they've promise to deliver and failed to do so. All I was told was " oh I made a mistake" in mentioning the diffuser. The service report is minimal. There's no inspection checklist provided similar to other BMW dealership we bought cars from. They did not service the car the way BMW as a high end brand is known for doing. This dealership does not pride itself with integrity and good work ethics. Stay away!
