Great experience every time I went into this dealership. The staff there are amazing and so helpful. Also love the sitting area very comfy and the free coffee and water is a nice touch. Definitely will be back in the future.

My wife and I purchased a preowned Cadillac SRX from Volvo Cars of Naples. We live in Sun City Center Florida. Although it was a long drive to get there (2 hrs) we couldnt be more happier with our experience from our initial contact with Sales Consultant Tyler Biffer to when we walked in the door and met the pleasant girl behind the main entrance desk. Also dealing with the Sales Manager Joe Pitingolo and Ron Belson their Business Manager, all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Their customer service didnt end with just the sale. It continued going forward with Mr. Brandon Brown, their Fixed Operations Manager. With the help of all these exceptional employees we were confident in our purchase and will be passing on our positive experience to family and friends and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I was blown away by the incredibly friendly staff! Everyone was helpful from beginning to end! They offered be a mocha or cappuccino when I walked into the beautiful new location in Naples made sure I was well taken care of. They all worked together as a team to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you guys for being so helpful and friendly! I well be back soon!
