I deal with this dealership since 2012 and my guy over there is Kyle Harsh , he is the best sales consultant i ever met ,so knowledgeable , caring , professional and he is the best ever in all Vw SWFL , the dealership all in all is super great , I bought 5 cars in less than 10 years, and guess what 2 of them while i mover from Naples to Orlando , guess why ??? VW of Naples delivers the best experience and the best car! Florida is very fortunate to have VW of Naples. What a pleasure it was to finally find a dealer where everybody is professional, courteous, honest, fair, and follows through on your requests and their promises. After dealing with some deceptive, unfair salesman and dealers in Central Florida, I was almost stunned by Internet Sales Manager Michael Schutt's honesty, promptness and professionalism. He is the model salesman that all salesman should follow. All the other departments were of the same character as Michael, from Sales Consultant -Joe Oliver, Finance Manager- John Joseph (JJ), all the way up to the GM Mickey Joy Although we are some distance away, we will return to VW of Naples for our next vw. Went in to the dealership to look at a used SUV. The salesman seemed like a nice enough guy, however I am a woman who went to the dealership by myself. Big mistake. Talked to three different salesman, including the sales manager, who all treated me horribly. They all assumed that just because I'm a woman, I had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up looking at an Xterra. The salesman tried to tell me that it gets great gas mileage (I'd say 14-18 isn't great) and is built on a car frame (definitely not). When I asked how many owners, he assured me it was only 1 owner, and was a South Florida car. The Carfax, however, told a completely different story. There had been 3 previous owners in 3 years, the first of which had used the truck as a commercial vehicle. It had also been owned in California. 1 owner, South Florida, yeah right!! I think it could be a good dealership, I think I was just dealing with wrong people. Also, I think they would give better service if I was looking at a Volkswagon, instead of a Nissan trade in on the lot.
