onParrish and Leonard were the two individuals I worked with, though I will say that I think everyone there carries the same professionalism these two bring to the experience. I don't buy cars that often, but the few times I have were nowhere near as positive and stress free as this one. Neither of them tried to sell me on something I wasn't interested in nor did they try to upsell into what I was buying. They really just listened to me and directed me through the process without any issues. Very easy and great experience, I would recommend to everyone to stop in and see these guys. True professionals!!!! Thanks

DECEIVED FROM BEGINNING TO END

onI had arrived at Airport KIA around 11:30 AM on Thursday 7/21/16. I had spotted the vehicle I had wanted to purchase instantly. The sales associate who "helped" me was very nice when we had began doing all the paperwork to begin the purchase process. I had taken a test drive while waiting on credit check portion to be completed. While doing the vehicle inspection I had noticed there was a tire plug placed in the back driver tire & had asked if the tire would be changed before purchase. I was advised if it would be a deal breaker they would replace it, I told them it WAS for me due to the other things wrong with the vehicle (scratches,interior not cleaned). Needless to say the tire was not replaced and I was not informed of it until AFTER I had made the purchase. Once I had given the finance dept. my credit card to take the $2000 down , they returned with the receipt and set me on a wild goose chase. The bank I had gotten the loan through wanted me to have a account opened with them to "get" the loan after already approving it and taking my $$, all things that were decided FOR ME and NOT DISCUSSED as a option. Also I was made to purchase different insurance after purchasing the vehicle before I could even leave. I was told by the sales associate I could return to have minor scratches buffed out by the service department this week because I was in a hurry to leave at by this time for prior obligations..when I called today and spoke with the sales associate to set a appointment up, the one who initiated the selling of my used vehicle; he told me it wasn't part of the deal & proceeded as though he had never made the statement gesturing they could assist with it due to the timing. My mother also heard him say to come back this week to get the vehicle buffed, she had accompanied me to the KIA visit. Needless to say it had taken 6 hours to complete the transaction of purchasing the ONLY car I had set to get & would have taken longer but I had prior obligations to attend to. I was forced into paying for things I hadn't agreed to, the extra purchases were NOT discussed with me at all till it was a must situation. The vehicle was only swept out and the front dash board wiped down. I had to go Sunday and purchase an A/C charge for my A/C because it was warm air blowing out. On top of all that, when I finally got the opportunity to set up my GPS on my navigation system it still showed the prior owners home address, favorite destinations and most recent; they never even took the time to clear them out! I have a demanding schedule so when I go to places I try to be swift and straight to the point to minimize any time loss, even in doing so I lost hours of my life I'll never get back and $$ I still didn't feel comfortable spending. After spending $2000 I was opted into having to pay the hundreds of dollars after to finalize the last of the settle paperwork to even take my vehicle home. I hope this helps anyone who thinks of going here to purchase a vehicle in the future. I for one will NOT be returning here for anything ever. This experience took my excitement from getting a new(to me) vehicle away from all the added stress. This should have been a happy experience but it was not!

New Car Buying Experience

onI was not looking forward to going new car shopping with my daughter but dealing with Leonard and Airport Kia was a welcome surprise. We visited the dealership three times and never once felt pressured or overwhelmed by the experience. It also took considerably less time than I ever expected. We never waited at all to see Leonard and the time we spent at his desk was minimal (I cant always say that with my past experience). When we decided to go with our new Kia Sportage EX we were only only in financing for the time it took to sign the papers. We were then in the new car with Leonard going over every new tech gadget the car has - it even tells you where you parked your car last. Leonard and the finance team are a great representation of Kia and how the car buying experience should be!

onWent in a week ago yesterday to look at a Kia Soul (2012) and it ended up not being there. Our salesman was Kyle (who is AWESOME!) and he showed us a few other cars, and was very patient! We didn't expect to actually 100% commit, but we did and are completely satisfied with our 2013 certified pre owned Kia Soul. It had less miles and was around the same price, which was good because we were on a tight budget. Kyle was very understanding of our needs and was not the typical pushy over the top sales pitcher. He was honest and got us a very good deal. It didn't end with Kyle either! Our finance man was also equally amazing and made sure he got us the best APR possible and really put the work in to make us happy. I would recommend Airport Kia to my friends for sure! It felt good to walk out confident. Thank you everyone!! THANK YOU KYLE!! =)

Excellent Service

onI bought a used Ford Explorer, I cannot even begin to explain in a short review how unbelievable the service we receive from the first email to driving away in our Ford Explorer. I went to another Kia dealership and had horrible service, which made me not want to look for aother vehicle.. But I truly needed a bigger vehicle and my husband found this one. I set an appointment to go in after work and made sure they knew I was not going to sit around all night. From the time I walked in and left it was only 2 1/2 hours, yes 2 1/2 hours to get financing and drive away in the Ford Explorer. The service I received was above an beyond the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I thank you Airport Kia for listening to what my I wanted and delivering the best experience I sure ever had

onI bought a minivan (KIA SEDONA) from this dealership in last weekends. I already finished to negotiate its OTD price before arriving because I'm staying in Gainesville FL, 250 miles far from there. It was the lowest price within 500m miles from my town and best quality. When we arrived the dealership, David, internet dales manager, already dressed up the car and prepared every documentations. He was very courteous and professional, so we could finish all documentation work within an hour without any struggling to negotiate. We arrived there at 10:20 am and came out with our new car around 11:30 am. And we then went to Orlando Disney world to enjoy our last of day. Thank you, David.

Defective products

onAirport Kia in Naples sold me a car which has defective tires. The first two I changed on my own because they denied coverage but the Third one actually exploded while on the highway with my family, putting my family at risk of death. I called to complain and get them to fix the problem, they simply dismissed me and told me that they are not responsible and to go call khumo because it is their responsibility. I bought the car from Kia, no where in my bill of sale that is mention khumo. They are responsible for their product and should honor the guarantee of anything that comes out of their doors. I am in the process of contacting the attorney general, consumer affairs and the BBB to make sure they know what kind of business AIRPORT KIA OF NAPLES IS DOING.

onWorst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. My girlfriend went in to purchase a fairly new, used car a few weeks ago, which would make it the second car she's bought from this place. During the whole process of buying the 2011 kia soul, we were told it was in perfect condition and that there was nothing wrong with it. Well, after three days of having it the check engine light comes on and the battery dies. We get it checked out and get told that the manufacturers battery is still in the car, and it's completely shot.... meaning we need to cough up $150 to pay for a new one including the installment. So much for a car in great condition. Never shopping there again, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone I know.

onAwesome Service!!!! I was going to trade in my 2013 Sorento for a new one and tried to do it in Delray Beach where I live. Airport Kia Naples gave me a much better lease offer and much better customer services. I did everything by phone & email, drove over to Naples (a 2hour drive) and picked up my new car. Awesome, thank you Blake G. for the amazing customer service and great car!

new soul purchase never airport kia

onnever again from airport kia. First, I was at galeana in fort myers when shaun w. returned my call from earlier. He said he would match the price on the vehicle i was interested in. So, Airport kia was closer to my house, so I left Galeana and went to see Shaun. All was well with the price until we went to sign. He said that price was for a FINANCED car, otherwise it was $500 more. I have not financed a car for 25 years. But I did to save the $500 (which was then Galeanas price) and the interest rate was 2.9%. They were really nice and delivered my car to my house. At which point, they said they made a mistake on the interest, would I please sign a new agreement for 3.9%. By that time i was so mad, i took the car and signed the paper. They are deceitful on many fronts.

onJust bought my first Kia at this dealer on the 31st, great experience. They even started to deal with me over the phone on my trade in because the trip down was 50 miles. Talked to Mike D. the manager who then introduced me to Kevin in sales upon our arrival. The process went just fine, no running back and forth with the numbers game crap. We left there very satisfied customers and would refer anyone to this dealer. Kevin in sales was excellent in showing us everything about the new Optima we got, very impressed.
