onI have bought many vehicles over the years and usually dislike the process because of the games that are played. Prestige Ford made the entire experience enjoyable! From the initial contact made with the internet rep to the quality communication by George my Salesman, Jonathan the Sales Director, and Mark the Finance Manager I was treated with respect and the showed great integrity. I received a very fair price and their dealer fees were appropriate. Many of the Central Florida dealers add thousands of dollars in fees to your agreed upon price and I was pleasantly surprised to see the high level of transparency at Prestige Ford. I would buy again and I highly recommend them to others!

onI am disappointed at the moment. I took my truck in for service and was told I needed a new kick plate. I was told it would be in that afternoon. I paid for the part and they would call me when the part was in. I have not heard from them and it has been five days. I have called each and left messages with no return calls. Very disappointing.

onService Tech "Frank" was great to work with. My drivers seat was broken and he was able to get the part quickly and have the seat repaired as promised.

Fail on correctly installing part

onCheck engine light lit. Took in for service. Said we needed a part. They ordered part and installed. Two days later, took a trip 200 miles into the trip check engine light came on again. Had mechanic check system and discovered that one of the connections for the EGR recirculation was not even plugged in and fastened. Mechanic plugged it in and reset check engine light and working good so far.

Worse Ford Dealership I Have Ever Used

onThis is the third time I have visited this location where we bought our Escape, their service and customer skills are way below the Ford standards. They complain that they are short staff, an oil change and tire rotation takes over three hours, I was told that if I went early in the morning it would be better, got an appointment at 9:00 and still a long wait in the lobby!! They don’t treat you like a respected customer, I miss the awesome dealership I used in Missouri!!!

Honest and Goes Above the Call

onI have always had a great experience at this dealership. They do what they can to help without selling services that are not needed. They recently charged me $127 for a repair and refunded me the money because they were able to get it covered under warranty. I would have never known that it was covered and was due a refund if they were not honest and called me to tell me they were mailing a check and wanted to verify my mailing address.

onPersonal is great, service is good. Billing is not good. They charged $35.00 to use their rags and tools. This should be the cost if doing business, not something the customer pays extra for!

onI purchased a 2020 Mustang yesterday and the I rate the entire process as 5 stars. I worked with Mike Cook and I highly recommend him as sales consultant. There was an issue with the paperwork that I found after I got the car home and reviewed everything. I called Prestige Ford and they quickly agreed to correct things. This is the mark of true business partner, one that stands by you when they're truly needed.

onMy scheduled maintenance was quick and easy. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Robert Jones, my quick lane technician was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. He completed my oil change rather quickly and I left 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

onI had bad experiences with other dealerships decades ago, but that all changed today when I walked in Prestige Ford. Nick Arnett and Pete Benton gave excellent service and were quick to find the right car for me and the right payment plan. It was the best experience I had at a dealership in thirty years. You need more professionals like Nick and Pete!

onThere was some confusion at first. but after I spoke with the service writer, they corrected all the issues. Beyond that they did a great job on the repair, it's like it never happened. I highly recommend Prestige body shop, if you need body work.

onMy vechicle is a 2006 Ranger. The work was done well with excellent results. Employees we talked to treated us in a very positive and professional manner. The time given us for completion was much longer than estivated. Apparently there was some repair equipment problems that has an adverse impact on completion time.
