Car salesmen shenanigans

Do not underestimate a woman buying a car. If the online price says one thing and they come back to you that it's not even though you confirmed it was with an online rep and even verified the VIN # of the vehicle. This is not Strike 1, this immediately turns into strike 3! Leave this car dealership and move on to next one which is more transparent. You live and your learn.

False advertisement with cars they do not have just so you can come in. I respond to one of their ads 30 minutes before I got there, I was told the car is there and available but that was not the case when I got there. They are still advertising for that same vehicle all over the internet.

worst purchase i made in my entire life chevrolet malibu 2020, i bought this car zero mile, and it broke for countless times today it has 6 thousand miles and already had to change the exchange, the pos sale pessimo service! the service of salespeople manager pessimo after we made the purchase did not want to know more about us with our problem, until a signature was forged of the contract of sale, we bought the car supposedly by a bank and when he handed us the contract it was another bank and another signature ! and already broke the car more than 4 times and with 6 thousand miles the exchange was already replaced, I tried to talk to the diler nobody gave me very bad attention to the customer!

They called me that my parts were in. I came in, the guy Santana told me to get an R.O. from service. So I walked across the dealership and did. Then he told me that I have to go back to service, bring one of them back over with me to get the parts. I know, it makes no sense. Avoid this place!

I helped my nephew 3yrs ago get a new car vecause his credit wasn't good thank God I never had problems with him but it was time for him to start his credit again. I called Manny and he said come over and bring your nephew with you be was able to get everything squared away. You guys are the best
