My wife and I walked into Miami Lakes Automall and it was our first stop of the day. We thought we'd get to three places but immediately I was so hooked on the Jeep Grand Cherokee from the first minute that I saw it. Augusto and the sales staff made sure I was fully informed before helping me into a great deal. There was no need to go anywhere else. We love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I highly recommend that anyone reading this check out Miami Lakes Auto Mall before you make your final decision on a new or leased car

Hace un tiempo que vengo viendo opciones de vehículo y al final la Compass fue la ganadora. Y visitar Miami Lakes Auto Mall para comprarla fue lo mejor por lo rápido y eficiente en que me ayudaron para resolver todo lo del crédito tomando en cuenta que es el primer crédito que hago. The last thing I Expected on Tuesday 1-22-19 was leaving with a new vehicle when I had taken my Kia Sorrento for service. When I met Amiro it was the best thing that could have happened. Above all a true gentleman! Very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and willing to go that extra mile. I have no complaints whatsoever. Anyone I had to deal with was such a pleasure.

Huge disappointment

Just bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the dealership delivered the car missing 1 car key, books, floor mats and gas in the tank. They said the car key should be available next day but so far did not hear from them. I am not happy at all with this dealership.

This is my 4th Jeep purchase Lakes Auto Mall. As always I was taken care of by a knowledgeable and professional sales person. Pedro Bernabel was very attentive and understood my needs. He was able to help me select my new Wrangler.I was also attend by Fred Senra who was able to find the right price for me. Yasmany Basulto wrapped things up timely in finance and gave me a great deal on there VIP service. Highly recommend it. over all I rate them top notch and I was out with my new Jeep within 3 hours.
